Probably the best customer service I have ever received in this store! Ashley is very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She managed to give me some advice and insight on how to ship a very large package. Ashley even packed it up herself for me. She is truly an asset to your store and brand! Thanks again for your help Ashley!!! From now on you are my go to person when I have to ship something!

I needed to ship 5 huge boxes to a storage facility and the people that worked there were great about it. I had to make two trips because I couldnt fit all the boxes in my car. They were ok with me leaving the boxes there which they usually dont do. I was appreciative for that. When I was ready to pay, the GM was great with helping me lift the boxes to weigh them and get the prices together. I appreciated them working with me. Only thing I wish was that the men worked there, that were there in the beginning would have helped me with the boxes as they were huge. They thought I was superwoman I guess lol.

I dont understand all of these bad reviews, everytime I go there, the customer service is great, and I believe the middle aged gentlemen is the owner, hes great too! A lot of time people leave bad reviews because theyre miserable. Look at the history of people who leave bad reviews, this is something that they just do. Take these one stars with a grain of salt! Great customer service from Ashley. She is extremely helpful. Took time out of her personal time to help me look for wedding invitation designs and went above and beyond. I didnt even know ups did those things. Highly recommend her as your go to. Super friendly! Thanks Ashley!

The owner made up prices. Charged me for packaging and it was never on my bill. Not even sure he packed it up cause he said he would do it later. This guy is definitely making side money. Quotes a price then says well i can do it for this price and the invoice doesnt show any of the transaction. I felt taken advantage of.

I had to ship a lot of items to two locations across the US - several paintings, hundreds of pieces of fragile glassware & ceramics, and a small piece of furniture. While cost was important, arriving undamaged was more important to me - 3 boxes to Colorado and 5 boxes to California.I worked with the store owner on the shipment. He took great care with my items, and gave me a lot of confidence everything would arrive safely. Yes, I paid a lot to have him pack things, but it was worth it. I did compare with other shipping services and his charges were quite reasonable.7 of the 8 boxes flowed predictably through the UPS system, tracking as expected. The 8th box, the furniture, did not show up for tracking. The owner and I were in daily contact as he investigated with UPS what was going on. He took the issue personally. Then suddenly the day before the other packages were due to arrive, the 8th item DID show up on tracking, and was delivered along with the others in CA.All 8 boxes got where they were going, on time. Nothing damaged, except for one small stemmed glass. A solid success for me. I would definitely go back and ship from this store. Many thanks to the owner!

I was robbed here. Had one page notorized & was charged $10. Other locations charge $5 max. If everyone read reviews before this place would have no customers. Wish I had done that before. So much for trusting the UPS name.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. On top of being pricy always try to overcharge. Wanted to make copies of a document. Without being asked if I wanted b&w or color was asked to pay for color. When this older Gentleman is there men always have priority to be taken care of before women, regardless of the wait time. Beside convenient for me location I dont like anything about this UPS.

The owner is the worse. This store dont even need one star!!! Never again coming here!! I have been receiving my packages here for over 5 years for free and today the owner came to me and said for me to receive my package i have to pay $5 because i got it shipped their for safety thats some new stuff. First time hearing that where ia yhe sign saying that well i know Amazon and Macys probably have a contract with ups and when they ship it out they already pay ups before i receive it. I will not go there again for ANYTHING!!!

Horrible experience the manager his name is Paul he is so rude. I had to file a claim because this store lost my package and it even says it online that it wasnt even shipped yet when they even gave me a receipt of the shipment and it was really valuable stuff in the package. Paul was so rude when i was speaking to him on the phone he should not talk to customers the way he does.

Like others say bad customer service and overpriced so they make more money. I wasnt told cheaper options for shipping my item. When I checked online after I saw I could of saved a lot.

The worker was so rude to me. He was taking care of a customer before me and stops helping her to ask me what I want and while I was starting to explain to him, he cuts me off and makes me feel bad for not finishing with the first costumer in the beginning when I had nothing to do with that. Was very upset and uncomfortable. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

I was charged $3 to print out a label that had already been paid for, and then they charged me $1.50 to use a credit card. Completely ridiculous.
