Affinity gets 3 Stars from me and mainly because of their customer service from Armin, the sales rep. He himself was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, I gotta say thats where it ended. Had it not been for his great customer service, I would have given 1 star.I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from Affinity in late September 2020 and by January 2021 I had to have a brand new engine installed. (crazy me, failed to purchase an extended warranty at the time of purchase, but I have 1 now) Called Affinity and they pretty much told me Oh Well its your problem now.Paid $30K for a truck, just to drop another $9K for an engine & Labor. Yeah, I was pretty ticked off.Not to mention, just a few days after purchase, I had to take it back to Affinity to have the Bluetooth system repaired.Sales team seem to be friendly, but not confident they will stand behind the vehicles they sale. GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Coming live from New Jersey, I Waited a month to post this just because everything seemed to good to be true.But it wasn’t.I purchased the car online, got it shipped, got it inspected and registered it with no issues whatsoever.The car drives like a dream and it has 1000% Zero mechanical issues.The owner even offered to get my rims painted for free, which I took him up on.This is the best car I’ve ever purchased and this whole experience was a very positive one.I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from this dealership!

Long story short the so called owner of this place looked at my credit history and since it wasnt much (always have paid cash for my cars).. He literally out of his mouth said..look at youre credit bro, what are you doing? You havent even done anything with youre life!I told my brother he immediately call back name calling, which Im not condoning..I ended up trying carmax because great reviews from friends. Purchased a 96 Camry with only 34,000 miles.Possibly the lowest mile Camry of this generation in the United States.I usually don’t buy from dealers to avoid the mark up but with such low miles I can easily recoup some money when it’s time to sell.For an older car it is very nice and expected to have some issues but it is a Toyota and runs like a top.The dealership was understanding when I brought up a few concerns and they went above and beyond by giving me a solid deal and sent me the parts I needed.The dealership was set up nice, very presentable and the pick up from the airport went flawless.I will consider them again when I am in the market.

I bough my Jeep Wrangler from Affinity Auto Sales and I m super happy. I m from Colorado and I was worried about buying it without me inspecting it. I called and spoke to the owner JD and he gave me his word that the Jeep is in great shape. I purchased the Jeep and had them deliver to my home within 4 days. After my Jeep got delivered JD called me and asked me if I was happy with the Jeep. I m super happy with the purchase. I also referred my cousin to this place and she just bought her Benz from them Affinity delivered as well and she is super happy.

I came in and bought a used 2001 Honda Civic with close to 150 thousand miles but man it drove like it had 10 thousand miles. The service was great, Leo helped me with the sale and JD did the finance part quick easy. Even recommended them to my buddy as I saw they had $100 car detail and they cleaned his car and man it looked brand new. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend as I would be back there for any future car needs!

Terrible service. Sold a friend of mine a vehicle that has endless problems since the day he purchased the car. My friend, obviously, left a review talking about his experience with the purchase and you can see his review down below. The OWNER reached out to him trying to resolve the issue, someone would think. However, the owner called my friend and asked him to remove his bad review from Google and my friend refused to do that because he wanted to make sure that people are aware of the whole story and take everything into account before choosing to purchase their car from this dealer. The owner then threatened and said literally you either remove the review OR someone will pay you a visit at your house. I will leave it up to you guys to understand what this means.Pathetic customer relationship AND management. If you notice, there are at least 6 new 5 stars reviews right after my friends review within 1 hour literally BS accounts just trying talk positively about their experience a year ago! Poor business and I suggest you close and go home.

Completed an inspection for a customer wanting to buy a vehicle from this dealer. The cars front end had a bad power steering pump, bad ball joints and wheel bearings, bad tie rods and tires that would need replacing soon. The customer did not care about the small dings and scratches on the body. When the customer called the dealership to inform them of the issues he was told hed be given a call back. A salesman called back immediately and told the customer the vehicle was sold yesterday. However the vehicle is still on the lot, has not been sold and is still listed online. Be weary of car dealerships who act suspicious when someone just wants to ensure they are not buying a car that needs expensive repairs.

I bought my car in Affinity Shop two days ago. It was the wonderful experience. The staff and the boss are super friendly. The after-sales service is very good. I went to the shop and want to replace the light today. The boss saw the crack of the leather seat and asked the staff to repair it for me additionally. It was the surprise to me, becasue I did not expect the leather seat could be repaired like the new one. And most importantly, it was free.
