I went on 7/7/2020 and the lady working there was RUDE. She was very passive aggressive and just looked terribly unhappy. I understand I went there 20 minutes before closing but I knew what I was getting, where it was located and what color. I was getting a single nail polish. She yelled at me to pick up what I dropped and as I said before in a very passive aggressive manner. She made me and the two other ladies I was with very uncomfortable. I will make sure to go to a different cosmo 20 minutes further away just so I never have to experience the embarrassment of seeing/talking with her. I will be telling all my coworkers how bad it was going there. Management should also look into all these reviews because there are multiple people talking about how terrible the workers were.

I’ve been looking everywhere for nail forms for gel and acrylic extensions. I finally found this place that carried them. I came into the store and the service was pleasant but I get to the counter and find out I need a cosmetology license to buy anything here. Really, I need a license to buy a roll of stickers? I found it really frustrating and a waste of my time.

Ive been here multiple times, all the workers there must hate their job. They are all rude and no help at all. And this is every time I come in this store.Lady gave me an attitude because I needed a price check. (Sorry you guys dont have prices on some products and I would love to know before I purchase) I guess because I asked for price check she yelled out for another co worker to price check me and ring me out, yelled knowing I have my son in the car seat sleeping. Yells so loud she woke him up. Very unprofessional. Lady who rings me up just has an awful mean look who just hates her job and looks like she wants to go home.Also had 1 lady follow me and stare at me the whole time like if I was going to steal something because I had my stroller with my baby in it. Very very very annoying and disappointing.I will never walk a foot in this location. Very horrible sad, mean unprofessional workers. Ill take buisness somewhere else. Thank you.

Horrible, unhappy woman working there. I have a license but don’t have a cosmo prof card. There isn’t a single person in the store and she doesn’t have time to look up my license, which takes 2 minutes. What are you too busy?? Gives me attitude that I need to download the app on my phone. No thanks. I’ll make sure to drive 30 minutes to Arlington store next time.

The store was very clean. They dont carry many products for black women.
