Zero customer service. Received a damaged faucet and have been trying to get support from Grohe for several months now. Dealer tells you to contact Grohe directly, so i did that several times without much success. Grohe service asked for the invoice details once, then i never heard from them again. Extremely frustrating, just want to use the faucet i purchased, even if i have to buy the damaged part, but they apparently have no interest in their products and customers. Will never buy anything from Grohe again!!

April 30th update:After weekly attempts to get an update and adding customer satisfaction email addresses to cc, Grohe finally followed through and sent a replacement. Very difficult and poor communication, but I credit their following through. They really would benefit from keeping their customers updated. If I had received responses saying they are working on it and giving me estimates on shipping I would have been ok with a delay. Not knowing made me feel as though I was being intentionally ignored. They still never wrote a response... just a notification of shipment. I do appreciate the final result.Original review:Horrible customer service. They have not sent the part that they said was back ordered to February (It’s April) and do not respond to emails asking for status updates.

Lifetime warranty honored! 20 year old faucets, no longer have access to the receipts, and they still honored the lifetime warranty even though I couldnt prove purchase. This differs from Kohler, with whom I had the exact same situation at the same time from the same house and rejected my warranty request.

Lifetime warranty! I had a leaky faucet that is 15 years old and they sent me the part. I am most impressed with not only the quality, but also the willingness to stand by their product. A shout out to Tonya for her help and prompt response. She needs to be the next employee of the month!

Garbage service. Paid over 2000 for a valve and it failed in 7 months. Wont call me back. I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPAY YOU COULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPENT $20,000, WITH GROHE AND MUST HAVE REPLACE THE SAME FACET CARTRIDGE 4 TIMES. THEY HAVE A LOCAL OFFICE BUT THEY WILL NEVER SEE YOU WITH YOUR PROBLEM, THEY DONT EVEN KNOW OF ALL THE PROBLEMS THEY GOT, AGAIN BUYING 3 CARTRIDGE FOE $130.00.

Grohe made getting information, spare parts, and repair for a faulty kitchen faucet (the K7 model, less than a year old) very difficult. After speaking with my local plumber whos been very helpful for other service calls, it sounds like Grohe has the reputation in the industry for unresponsive and difficult customer service -- which was certainly my experience. I ended up completely replacing the faucet with another (cheaper) brand rather than continuing to deal with this brand.

I replaced my Grohe black spray head with a stainless steel Grohe spray head with the part number from the Grohe parts list for my kitchen faucet. The spray head would leak and dribble behind the center spray. I contacted Grohe and they sent a replacement. The replacement leaks so they sent another one. When this one leaked they said I needed to replace the hose. I purchased the hose from Grohe and installed it. The spray head continued to leak. I installed the original spray head that and with the unit and it did not leak. I contacted Grohe to let them know the stainless steel spray heads they were sending were problems and asked for a refund for the hose. They told me since I installed the hose (which is what they said I needed) they would not refund the price of the hose. What a terrible experience dealing with these people. They don’t give you all the facts or correct ones. I will never buy another Grohe product, the support is horrible. I have wasted $120 on a spray head and hose .

A high end kitchen faucet. Excellent design and quality. The occasional flaw such as failing connection of the spray head to the hose, and failure of the hose itself. These can fail in 6 to 8 years of general residential use. The good news is the lifetime warranty. Be sure and take an image of your receipt and store it on your computer or in your photos. Submit the claim and grohe sends out the replacement part.

Sent in my $500 shower head fixture after receiving an authorization (several call/emails). That was November 17th, they signed for it and were supposed to test it and repair or refund our purchase price. I emailed a few weeks ago and they had “to find it” after I sent shipping confirmation which indicated it was received within 2-days of shipping. Two weeks ago we were told (after I sent another email) a refund was being issued - still nothing and customer service rep’s email is no longer valid! So 3-months without the shower head and no resolution. Remodeling 2-1/2 baths and will not be using Groehe!

Called for a part replacement, under warranty, that had de-laminated steel finish on single handle kitchen faucet purchased from Lowes, the customer support person said that they needed to go into warehouse, open box, remove part, and send. Month went by, nothing. Just called, spoke to another CS agent, they said, no receipt, must buy. No record of me calling first time. Terrible customer service...no more grohe purchases going fwd for me!
