Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and make the process very easy to rent equipment and return the equipment.

Equipment availability is good most of the time. The equipment is in good shape when received. I rented a laser level yesterday and had it for 2.5 hours and was charged $109 for it. That is more than extreme to me. Often times your prices are beatable and it is only dealing thru Tammie that keeps us as a customer.

Scott Lucas along with the folks in the office go the distance for us when we need equipment.

Tried to buy equipment from them for weeks, sales rep wouldnt get back to me, these people are extremely disorganized.. dont waste your time you will regret it, just shop online for heavy equipment and dont deal with these jokers they will try to overcharge you and will waste a bunch of your time, you cannot generate a positive scenario with these people.

Wonderful and kind staff. Stayed late to help me out and even delivered equiptment since it was on their way elsewhere. I will be using united rentals for all my rental needs from now on as well as refering them to everyone who asks. Thanks again!
