Scheduled my flu shot 10/27/21, filled out my consent forms, and uploaded my insurance card that same day. Got 2 reminders that my appointment was Sunday, 10/31/21. I scheduled it so I would receive it prior to going to visit my grandkids this coming weekend. On Saturday night 10/30/21 at 7:22 PM, I got a text and an email saying that my appointment was cancelled - 17 hours before my appointment. No explanation. The email suggested I reschedule. I left a voice mail early Sunday morning 10/31/21, asking for a return call to explain what happened and find out if it would happen again before rescheduling. A day and a half later, they havent even given me the courtesy of a return call. I highly recommend you dont use this pharmacy for any vaccinations (or testing - a different story) if youre making plans around it.

I switched to Rite Aid pharmacy a few months ago after becoming aggravated with many aspects of Walmart pharmacy. I did a little research and decided on Rite Aid due to the pharmacys extended hours and its convenient proximity to my normal daily routes. I have never been so dissatisfied and frustrated with a business in my life. I always give the benefit of the doubt to customer service employees, especially in these unusual times. So when I attempted to pick up my prescriptions for the first time, and the tech told me my secondary insurance was not valid, I was patient and asked her to run it again. She told me she did and it was not an active policy. I pulled up my own account online and showed her that it was, to which she snidely responded Youre gonna have to take this up with your insurance. This insurance doesnt even cover this med anyway, so I dont know what to tell you. I was pretty blown away at the poor customer service, but decided not to argue and simply said I would pay for it, but would need something printed showing that the insurance was run and coming back unverified so I could take it up with my insurance. She did not hide her annoyance that they would have to run the insurance again and took it to the pharmacist to run. 30 seconds later it came back verified. The pharmacist was clearly annoyed with her and she was clearly even more annoyed with me. I chocked it up to a bad day and simply told her thank you for getting it cleared up and that I hoped her day got better.I am now on my 4th month of filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy and it has only gotten worse each time. Apparently they are so short staffed that they are no longer open on the weekends and have shortened their weekday hours. These new hours are still not reflected on their website, nor have they been changed on their phone message. They also no longer answer their phone. Ever. Every month I have my refills sent over 3-4 days early, knowing they will likely take much longer than should be necessary to fill it, and every month it has not been ready when Ive needed to pick it up. Last time FIVE DAYS had passed since they received the request to refill and when I showed up to pick it up, I was told to come back 4 hours later. Twice I have had to miss doses of needed medication because Rite Aid pharmacy has failed to fill my Rx on time while having more than enough time to have gotten it done.I understand staffing is limited, but this is beyond that. If your pharmacy cannot fill prescriptions within 5 days of receiving them, you should not be taking them. Send them back to the provider and let them know you do not have the capacity to get them filled in time to meet their patients needs. Here it is Friday, my Rx was sent over Wednesday morning, no one would answer the phone so I could find out if it was filled, they are closed for lunch during my lunch break, and they are no longer open on the weekends leaving me with a very high likelihood that I would have to go then entire weekend without my needed medication. That is unacceptable. I was forced to call my provider and have my prescription resent to a different pharmacy.Medications arent a luxury people can do without. Do better Rite Aid!

This is the absolute worst place ever. Ive never been more unhappy with a pharmacy then this. I have severe depression and anxiety.... I take 2 types of meds for this. They are never ready the first time anyway. It has taken them 2 weeks to refill this medicine and Im out. Not to mention the male pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. No wonder no one wants to work here.....

The people working at this pharmacy are extremely rude and provide terrible customer service. I witnessed an elderly lady get yelled at by the lady at the counter and told to go sit down. Last time I was here, 4 weeks ago, they were all over the place, arguing with each other, very short with me and were going to give me a shot I did not sign up for. I will never go here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I tried to schedule a Covid test online but this location did not pop up despite their sign saying they do Covid testing. I figured Id call to make sure so over the course of 3 days I called them over 10 times with no answer. So, instead of me being able to walk down the street to get a test I now have to walk over a mile to get it done at Walgreens.

I’ve been with rite aid for years & the past couple months they have been impossible to get ahold of to try and refill my prescriptions. I rely on them for my bpd and I have had more issues in these past few months then ever.

Closed 30 minutes before store closing time and now here at 8:21 still not open. Store hours 8-7. Employees saunter in at 8:15 when its supposed to be open at 8.

The worst experience at a pharmacy I have ever had. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. He should never be working with the Public....

It feels like they can never have prescriptions ready on time. I refilled a prescription on Wednesday and they told me it would be ready after 5pm. I am just now getting to the store and the gentleman at the window told me it isn’t ready yet. I find it hard to believe that it took them 48 hours over the promised time to get this processed. It’s not a narcotic. And this is not the first time this has happened. I’m getting the impression that when they get just a little bit busy they put off filling an order until after someone comes to actually pick it up.

I called to double check they had a vaccine i needed in stock. They said they had it, I drove all the way to the store, had to wait 20 mins for them to tell me they didn’t have it. Didn’t offer to order it or anything. The pharmacist there is a joke. She obviously is way over her head and needs to fine a new career.

I went there to load my Pay Pal card and the girl had no clue if they even did it. If your not a fan of lines or people, Rite- Aid just might be the store for you. As many times as Ive been in there over the years, theres never any lines in there. Not a bad store the prices are fair, the stores clean, friendly, conveniently located.

The store is nice and the location often makes it convenient for me to grab something here. The construction in this area of town is very crazy right now, so it might be hard to visit this location.

(0 stars!!) I have never been so dissatisfied and frustrated with a business in my life. I always give the benefit of the doubt to customer service employees, especially in these unusual times. I understand staffing is limited, but this is beyond that. If your pharmacy cannot fill prescriptions within 5 days of receiving them, you should not be taking them. Medications arent a luxury people can do without. Do better Rite Aid! I have now gone the whole weekend without my medicine because of Rite Aid’s negligent behavior. Also, the male pharmacist is SO mean. The way he treated the customers was unacceptable. I nearly left in tears after he spoke so harshly to me in front of a line of people. Besides that… an elderly gentlemen was pleading with him to get his pills before the weekend because he can not LIVE without them… the pharmacist has zero empathy and wasn’t helpful in any way. His script was there they just hadn’t filled it yet! When I left the elderly man was sitting on the floor next to the register praying they worked something out. It was heart breaking! I switched pharmacy’s before I even got out of the store. They should not even be open to the public.
