Location is secluded, unless you know exactly where you are going. Place is located in the middle of the plaza behind the gas station/Mexican food truck side. Limited selection of game options for certain systems. If you happen to know what you want recommended to call ahead to save some time. May need to head to other locations for some more variety.

I love GameStop ♥️ usually have what I need in the Roseburg store and if not then there is always the option of online delivery to the store or youre home another plus 👍

They always ignore you until they are forced to talk to you. Then youll really be disappointed in what ever they tell you. Its getting harder and harder to find decent help.

Johnny the sales clerk was very 🙂. I am now testing the product that I bought today and its the hyperx cloud alpha headset so far it seems to be holding up very well good sound nice Bass and I can hardly hear anybody around me the only thing I should have gotten was an adapter haha but other than that, the sales clerk was very nice

I love this place! They always answer any questions I have, make recommendations based on games I like if I ask and if its not too busy have time for a conversation about different games including tabletop! Besides the great prices, its the atmosphere and the people that work here that bring me back way more often than I should be!

The skinny bearded cashier with glasses was very rude to my wife and our friend that went with us (also a girl) everytime they would ask a question about a game or release date he would ignore them then give me the answer instead of interacting with either of them, would not acknowledge them either seemed kind of rude. Gave alot of attitude The other taller bearded cashier was very nice and helped them out no problem.

Kids love game stop

Came in for an unknown gift for my 8 yr old GS. Had NO clue what to get but The guys there were super helpful after asking some questions. It was the perfect gift.

Better than my hometown in Mac, friendly atmosphere and have knowledge about there sales (Black Friday example) unlike my hometowns, there tons of Merch and is well organized. Staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to friends in the area. I see most of the reviews have to do with trade in value but to be honest trade in value has always sucked and that’s everywhere.

Of all the gamestops I have patronized. This one has great customer service. Prices are competitive.

Great roseburg store

Bad prices ok staff they are annoying and always try and get you to sign up for something and dont trade in I tried to trade in a game that was worth at least 30$ they offered me 5$ for a 60$ game! Go to video games plus at least they wont treat you like garbage and give you a fare deal!

The guy at the counter was extremely impatient and grumpy. On top of it could only get 20 dollors for my 2ds xl. So i went to a pawn shop and sold it for 45.

Its nice to have a physical place you can stop in at to look at games 😁

Im not trying to bash on the employees, I know theyre just doing their jobs, but their job is to LIE TO AND STEAL FROM YOU. Every concole they sell pre owned, WILL stop working MUCH sooner than it should. Their Xb ox Ones are a joke, and their prices are actual theft. Video games plus and online are the ONLY places you can buy in Roseburg. Dont get ripped off, dont go to Game stop.

Customer service is bad, been stalked and harassed by the store owner for years, tried reporting and nothing done due to them being buddy buddy with district manager, bad place,do not go. not recommended. will lie when best fits there situation to do less work/stop you from selling things or buying when they dislike you or wanna just be all around bad people.

Their trade in values kind of suck, so you are better off going to VideoGamesPlus, but still a great place to shop for new games. I give it 5 stars because if Im not trading in my games GameStop always has the games I want to purchase in stock. ALWAYS.

Friendly and personable staff. The prices are a little high for accessories and such... but its nothing different from any other game store. Always look forward to another trip to Gamestop.

People here treat you like youve never played a game in your life and are very rude most of the time. Ivan told me that all pokemon players are cry babies then gave us what we wanted and told us to get out.

Trade in values arent that great. Customer service is trash. Everytime I go in they are total jerks to me and treat me like I dont know anything. They used to be nice when gamestop first opened, but not anymore. They want me to leave the second I have a question or take to long in the store. They should honestly be fired. The prices are about the same for the same quality items. Occasional exclusive content (that theyre always out of) is not worth the horrible customer service. Youre better off at video games plus or literally anywhere else.

Good selection of all kids of video games. They have it all! They even sell consoles(what they have on display is what they have ) but if your into retro gaming, they have games for you. Plus they have a huge selection of dvds(tv shows, movies, anime). And as a bonus they have a frozen yogurt shop connected to their store! I’d also like to add they have card games, wallets, lanyards, cool game themed hats, backpacks, memorabilia and disc golf stuff. To top it off they have awesome employees that know their video games and what they are talking about.

I have never dealt with worse customer service than at gamestop. My last visit I had an employee sit on the till and ignore me for a few minutes and get annoyed at me for asking if he had a switch/gamecube adapter. He then proceeded to act like I was dumb for saying I would try another store as only we would have it and its out of stock worlwide. I headed over to video games plus who were much more professional and actually had what I was looking for.

You buy a game for 49.99 dollars and all they give is 8 in trade in cash value I rate bad rating on prices customer service and satisfaction also It was a used black ops 4 for ps4 no scratches and bought it last month on the 2nd

Customer service is so so. Sometimes its awful, sometimes its acceptable. Ive went in there to buy a collectable figure as a gift. One of the employees talking to another What a waste of money, who would buy statues? I can think of better things to spend my money on. They were acting as though I wasnt there.Another incident employee not allowing us to use the money we put down on a preorder(game already came out and we decided not to purchase it) towards another game. So basically we had our money stolen from gamestop? Great motivation to not preorder from them anymore.Sometimes its a good experience though, depending on the employee.

I swear a couple of the employees hate us there for having to return a used PS4 that wouldnt update the new software, and the same problem when we bought a new PS4 system, so we returned that as well, and decided to go with an xbox1 s and have had no problems since.

Guy behind the counter, Kenner, was rude, condescending and refused to give me the name of his manager, saying there wasnt one..... Also, he laughed in my face when I asked if he was always this rude to his customers.Kenner hates his life and takes it out on his customers.

Gamestop used to be the place to go for used video games. Now they cost too much.

Gamestop is great, but the cricket service is so-so, Im not sure they know what theyre doing.
