Staff was very friendly and helpful. Customer are rude and not masked. I stopped going to Walmart because people dont wear masks. I havent been in a while. It was the last store open and I needed a few things. If other customers thought about other people it wouldnt be that bad. Staff were very nice, helpful and doing their job.

Im a traveling Healthcare worker and I love the variety of options this walmart have. The view of the mountains are beautiful to me...coming from New Orleans.

Overall good, it would be nice if they had a bigger variety of certain electronics to choose from, and it was more convenient when It was open all night for those of us who work till late in the day. But overall its a good place to get almost everything you need..

Having more check out stands open would be alot more helpful having 3 open was not enough. Lines of people wanting check out was a mad house. And please open up your clothing rooms to try on clothes.

When I was in the Pharmacy area looking for Protein drinks, a VERY NICE woman overheard my conversation with my boyfriend & offered to help. The item we were looking for was not on the shelf and she and another woman (also VERY NICE) looked up the item, saw there were more in the back, went & got them & brought them back to us. She was nice & so helpful. We would have had to come back in a couple of days for more if she had not helped us. Thank-you so much.

Other then the extremely inconvenient parking service is always pretty acceptable

Associates dont help or even offer to get you help, the store has reduced hours, yet everything they stock that night is left in the aisles. That makes it hard to get through anything if you have a disability. Speaking of that, the handicap carts are either always dead, or there isnt any available to anyone who needs one.

I hate Walmart, I only go there when I absolutely have to.The giant conglomerate buys cheap merchandise, mostly from China, and if you think that they are not mistreating children there, promoting poverty of adults and families for profit youre dillusional.Americans LOVE the place, cheap for cheapest, makes my teeth GRIND as soon as I go through the door. Im all for capitalism, I guess there it is.Folks dont seem to mind that its hard to find any U. S. Poor selection sizes kids clothing and plus size. Store was recently closed overnight for cleaning and stocking. However, the only way you could tell was the clean scent in the building.

The checkers need to learn how to really be a checker, I used to run 2 check stands, they also want you to bag with your own bags but dont give you a chance.

In my opinion Walmart,has probably the best prices on a lot of stuff but,thats the only good thing I have to say for them.

All the employees have different attitudes. Some are pleasant. Some are watching you, judging you. Some have 0 d(*)ucks. They need to purchase more smocks in small and the matching pants. I myself, purchase this item quite often and I notice it goes quick. I like how early they are open. They close at 11.. could be worse.

Customer service has been virtually non existent the past couple of weeks. Last Saturday, 7-31-21, I waited and waited at the house paint aisle after pressing the help needed box near the key making station. Finally, went to the front where a huffy, rude CS Dept. lady told me shed get someone back there. Waited another 15 minutes before Jeremy, the Store Mgr., came from the back stockroom and finally assisted me. There were hardly any associates in many sections of this store, obviously. Where are these people? Waiting 30+ minutes for assistance is ridiculous. Ive lived here 12 yrs. and this is the worst Ive seen at this Walmart.Yesterday, I phoned the store and it rang and rang. Five or so minutes of this and an associate finally answered, switched me to the unlisted department and it rang and rang until I hung up. This happened 1 more time that day and I gave up.Today I phoned and a loud electronic squelching sound answered their 2 main phone #s in the phone book. Tried again...same thing. Finally, contacted HQ who said theyd look into this. Whats up with this stores disgusting communication problem?

I was disappointed that I couldnt find the Raw sugar brand shampoo and body wash I was looking for which is a clean and natural product that doesnt have sulfites or parabens. But honestly, the workers were so kind and helpful that even though I couldnt find the product I wanted, I left in a good mood. Way to go Carol (the greeter at the door) and thank you to all three floor associates who assisted me in my search.

I found 3 item that were priced @ $2.50 ea. I thought I hit the lottery. I couldnt believe the price so I took the stores actual sticker price up to the check out cuz I knew they wouldnt believe me.Anyway, somebody made a big boo-boo. They where $12.88ea. They let me have 1 for $2.50!!! Good deal

Roseburg store is smaller than others. Would be nice if they could move to a location where there was room for them to be a true super center like in Grants Pass or North Bend.Recent nationwide shortages has caused a lot of empty shelves. Cant find products I want, even online.

Hard to avoid the large crowds inside. Sometimes hard to find help from staff and checkout can be hard with long lines. Parking is horrible. A good general store to find most everything you need.

I do love the One-Stop shopping but I didnt love is buying three cans of friskies chicken and gravy wet cat food and having it rotten when I open the can it was disgusting so I opened the other 2 and they were just as bad as the first one. They were all shriveled up green and moldy and stunk.

Time is everything here. NO LINE AT THE PHARMACY ABOUT 3PM ON A MONDAY!! YEAH

Very busy place, no scoical distancing, very few people wearing masks, what a mess. Went in for van batteries and core charge. First picked out a batterie and they would not get it out of the back so had to purchase a more expensive one. Second had to wait in line at customer service for 45 min or more to purchase the batterie and get core charge refund. Manager was not helpful in getting the correct batterie out of storage said it takes to long to move palet and I dont have the time. Took another 15 min or more to get the price correction for the more expensive batterie that was coming up and additional $20.00 more than the correct price.

Went to the electronics department for a new phone. The 3rd party phone experts they have signed us up for a 1 penny iPhone for a 2 year contract with U.S Cellular. He said it was going to be $55 a month for unlimited data. Turns out they lied and we got a bill for $80+. DONT GET A PHONE FROM HERE

Cant stand going to Walmart and now they close at 9:00 p.m. what happened to 24 hours. Theyre obviously are not even cleaning adequately never completely clean ever And they cant even keep the customers checked out in a proper time frame because they have only 3 checkers at the very most but go and check yourself out cause we cant do our job welcome to Roseburg Oregon Walmart. I can maintenance peoples vehicles in a speedier and cleaner fashion with more respect for the customer instead of get out were closed Even though the doors were wide open I didnt see a sign anywhere saying closed at 9:00 p.m.. But they want to be rude and unprofessional toward the customer what happened to the customers right. I think this Walmart should be closed indefinitely

Found under counter paper towel rack (their last one). So many stores are under stocked.

The store layout is CONFUSING! No where near as big as the Super Centers we have visited in other states. Store was clean, bakery selections were well worth it and priced right too!

They probably have what you are looking for. There are virtually no floor staff or cashiers. The only people you will see are shelf stockers and one check-out cashier--who is overworked and underpaid.

Im displeased my local Walmart, the customer service here especially pharmacy department is substantially under par. The story if you have time.My wife and I had two prescriptions thats we had ordered, the customer service person said we only had one prescription to pick up, which 35 minutes earlier they accounted for 2. We asked why the second one was not ready she said they only sent one. After talking with her and the urgent care on two separate lines we got it situated. The Walmart pharmacy did not want to call and speak to urgent care but we made them knowing we needed these potentially life saving drugs. The lady said we have them both ready but you have to come in now, we informed her we were both covid positive and thats why we were in the pharmacy pickup station 1. Just 30 minutes earlier we were ok to have them brought out to us, but because they didnt want to make call trip the urgent care my sick wife had to go into Walmart and get her prescriptions. I switched our pharmacy to Fred Meyers now. They will get no more of my money the way they treat people, is disgusting.09/07/2021 UpdateSince I wrote this review and reached out to the corporate office the pharmacy manager called us directly and apologized on behalf of the pharmacy staff. The corporate reached out via email and apologize on behalf of the company. Since this situation came up anytime weve called to pick up a prescription in the parking lot we have no problems.

I go here only if I have to. Cant find anything. Customer service is surly, at worst unhelpful at best. Generally pointing in the general area where you might find an item. Although they did have a lady, Lily, working in fabrics who knew her job and could not only answer your question but could get you started on new projects with ease. She rocks.

Produce was terrible, store was jammed with no personal to help in the isles. So respect of personal space. If youre health conscious i advise staying away from here.

We went to Walmart during an air quality alert due to smoke from forest fires. The air quality inside Walmart was just as bad as it was outside. It was literally smokey inside Walmart. It was bad enough for the shoppers but the employees had to work in that smoke for hours. We went to 3 other stores including Sherms that is near by and none of them were smokey inside. It sure makes one question Walmarts air quality on a good day.

Honestly, the layout of this store is counterintuitive at times. I also found the prices to be far worse than nearby sherms. Furthermore, locations of goods as described on their website are not always accurate.

Its Walmart......not much on shelves...we where RVing got asked to leave in morning due to city ordinance on staying in parking lot ...At least they waited till 8am😁

I really didnt like the employees back in the technology area.Dean was the only saving grace, he 💯 helped me with everything I needed and even helped me load up my heavy furniture.I think his customer relations are a model of what the rest of the employees should uphold

Its a Walmart in Roseburg, Oregon. They have a good variety of stuff but shelves were not stocked very well. The AC worked well!

You know, I just plain like Walmart because they carry a lot of good stuff and do their very best to keep prices low. Staff are courteous and helpful, the whole place is clean, and they have done an excellent job of getting into the grocery market and carrying a lot of good stuff. I like healthy natural foods, and I have been very surprised at the amount of products they carry that have natural ingredients. In fact I found some products I havent seen anywhere else.

Ppl are nice, clean, fast....wait this is walmart right...lol. it was good.

Freight has been scattered through out the store, blocking paths and in the aisles. I do avoid the bathrooms at all costs because they are not kept up to par.

The people at Verizon does the best job and they are the only place that I will ever get it my next phone.

The people were great, but Wal-Mart is known for sub-human practices. I cant give them any more than 1 star for that reason alone.

The Coosbay branch is busy. We found that the earlier we go the less crowded it will be. Tvs are cheap to purchase! They are helpful if you need it. They do have carts for kids to ride in and motorized carts for the disabled. I. Believe that have 4 of them.

Its a Walmart, shouldnt expect to much, although I will go here before Sherms anyday.

Walmart is as always the best neighborhood go to store for everything. Except for my meats I like to get them at Sherms because they are usually a whole lot cheaper plus they have their meat bonanza sales that rock!!!
