Great people always try to find what I need even if they have to recomend someone else

What an impressive store! What was most impressive wasnt its location, its store inventory, nor its location...what was truly impressive about Gandol was its people. I went there looking for small, hard-to-find replacement parts for a magnetic door. Sue, the lady at the front desk, spent at least 10 minutes looking for the part throughout the warehouse. When she finally appeared in the lobby, she apologized, then asked that I wait to see if someone else (I forget his name) could help me. This person appeared, I described what I needed, and he disappeared for a few minutes. When he returned, he gave (yes, thats right - g-a-v-e) me a couple of pieces of scrap iron, and then suggested using them to solve my problem with the magnetic door. What more can you say about a companys employees who are willing to help you with a problem, even when theres no possibility of a sale involved? Its good to know there are still companies like these, with employees of this high standard, still serving customers like me. Bravo!
