Manager heres ridiculous which is why I go across the street. Just tried to fill up my tires the machine ate the money but yet go talked to him he states no refunds they dont own the machine... but yet right above the machine its a huge 7 eleven sign... that was the first time trying them again in months for now on Ill drive even further to make sure game isnt ran on my & Im contacting BBB I dont understand how they can have a business stealing money mind you they charged my sister an extra 3$ for using bridge card which is super illegal then this. Ive had enough in reporting!

The owner of this store is INCREDIBLY RUDE and disrespectful! After accusing my step-mother of stealing and being proven WRONG, he refused our business! I was only attempting to purchase a few Red Bull’s but still.. I was shocked even further when he came out of the store video recording with his phone and walked right over to my license plate!! We had already walked out with no issue after he said we didn’t have to purchase our goods there.. it was completely extra and even CHILDISH to handle the situation as he did. He should be ashamed of himself! I would gladly give anyone else my business!

Be very careful if you looking for job at this place will steal your wages overtime make you work almost at 100 hours a week don’t pay overtime last time I work for month never got paid single dollar worked for one month without pay take my warning if you ever apply to job for this place

I was sold bad gas here costing me $700 dollars to get fixed I tried to call a number the has station gave me no luck at all looking for a attorney.

The guy behind the counter who claims to be the owner is rude and disrespectful to women! I have never received such awful customer service not to mention how disgusting the store was in the first place! I will not spend my money at this location ever!!! I only gave 1 star so I can post this otherwise I would have given none!

If could give no starts promise I would this is the worst place ever I have a 8 month old son and he comes to the store with me all the time now they are saying I cant bring my baby in the store with the stroller which I have been doing since I had him the says I have to leave my baby outside in the cold which is crazy then she states they are under new management and doesnt want to loose her job she wouldnt serve me and says I cant come back in the store and they are going to put my picture up she was very rude about the whole situation. Something needs to be done about this.

I appreciate this particular 7-11 for various reasons.  The first one is location.  It is conveniently located at the corner of Hannan and Ecorse.  It is easy to access going west and heading south and north.  If heading east I suggest going north on Hannan and entering from that entry point.  It is a matter of convenience most of the day but can be a matter of safety during busy hours.  There is a lot of traffic here sometimes with heavy trucks heading in all directions.They have a great selection of food items as you would imagine as it is a 7-11. They have fresh items and the place is generally kept looking neat and clean.  They have some difficulty with too many materials and displays at the checkout from time to time but no big deal.For the last two years ducks have been visiting the waterway that is close by.  One of the 7-11 employees made sure that the ducks were attracted to a small spot around the back of the 7-11.  This not only kept them safe but has encouraged them to return.  It’s all hygienic – and quite nice when they show up.  They aren’t there all the time but I get a charge out of seeing them when they stop in at this local 7-11!

Went to the store around 9 in the morning, no greet or any sort of nice customer service gesture. I believe the girls name was Tiffany who checked me out, very rude.. having a personal cell phone call while checking me out. surprisingly, not the first time seen that girl on her phone while working. Extremely disappointed.. not coming back again.

New management about a year ago, and the place has gone downhill ever since. Not sure if the lady who cant activate the pump when I pay is just flaky or really cant remember to do so. Every. Single. Time. Also, apparently no one there knows how to load the World of Warcraft prepay cards. (But who still plays that, right? Lol)

This place doesn’t answer the phone at all I’ve called plenty of times

I will not go to this 7-11 again, I walked in and there were 2 guys employees just standing behind the nacho machine just bullshitting, the slurpee area was a disaster nothing stock the lids were almost out, the french vanilla cappuchino was out so I told the guys that it was out they ignored me then the second time I got loud and then they said its out and I repeated myself again they finally came over and filled it and one of the employees who had dark hair and glasses and a mustache rudely told me to watch it instead of saying excuse me Im so disappointed in the way I was treated and you can bet I will be telling everybody I know about how the employees at night are. I have been coming to this 7-11 for a long time and it has never looked like the way it has been looking before it was always stocked the employees were awesome. I didnt see a manager there and I was loud enough that they should of came out if they were there. I had to give one star to post this, they deserve no stars this place stinks now.

Manager doesnt know what he is doing. Workers dont know their jobs. Tiffany needs to come back. This place falls apart when she isnt here.

Prices are high as snoop dog workers are very nice though.
