Place is way to crowded with trailers they could never use. Too close together. Sometimes you cant even hook to them because it was dropped to high and the trailer is almost touching the next so you cant lower it. Easy to waist an hour and half of your time here

First time going there a little confusing plus grabbing a empty trailer their in tight spots especially with the yard dogs and other trucks moving about.. Nice customer service in dispatch. Needs to be better room to move about.

Not a good place for anyone on a dot clock.Ive been sitting nearly 5 hours. Theyve been on a shift change for an hour, and wont resume for another hour. Compared notes with other drivers. Nobody was here less than 2 hours.

Very tight and no parking 32 minutes to park, completely shut down operation to go to lunch.

If you truck driver and say live load it’s mean 10 hours picking up 🎉

Lady at the receiving office telling me I need a mask on because of this overblown virus. First of all she was behind a glass window in a separate room. Secondly, she wasnt even wearing one herself. I go on to tell her that she isnt even wearing one. She tells me because theres no one else in the room with her. I look around and tell her, theres no one else in the room with me. Makes me go grab one just so I can stamp my own paperwork with the time machine because they no longer sign bills because the virus supposedly sticks on the ink as I was handing over paperwork back and forth between her. Gtfo

What a mess, this place has five times more trailers than they have room for, Ive spent hours trying to find somewhere to drop my trailer, super tight backing everywhere and they make you slide your tandems all the way back before entering which just makes everything even harder. Make sure you have DOT time when you get here even if drop and hook

Workers in the dispatch office are extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I come they talk down to you in a angry rude tone. Every time. Doesnt matter which one of the women it is. Especially the old white lady very rude to you even if you never been there before. They are not helpful at all. Ask a question and she yells at you like you should already know what to do. She needs to be fired along with the other ladies in the dispatch office. There is no reason to be disrespectful to ever driver that comes to this facility to deliver freight. Ford management need to get involved to discipline them or fire them. Hate coming to this place.

They open at 6am and are closed all day on Sundays. The property itself is big but there or so many trailers every where you can barley get in and out. They have you slide your tandems to the back before entering but if you go down a row to see if there is a place to park your trailer then your almost stuck because there is barley enough room to do a u turn if there is not spots available unless your a day cab. The lady at the guard shack was rude. The lady at the main office wasnt as rude but this place is a complete headache i will do my best to not have to even deliver here again

The whole that works in guard staff needs to stay home when she on her period. She sounds like she doesnt want to be there and talking rude when I called the number on the gate. She probably needs a man or something I dont know but she needs to get her act together.

I am submitting this as a truck driver and have no knowledge of the company atmosphere itself. But for a driver, this place is a borderline nightmare. No real place to park your truck while trying to check in, youre evidently supposed to drop your trailer and then find somewhere to park. But deciding which dock to go to is a chore in and of itself. The driving lanes between trailers are super narrow. It is a giant cluster. The shipping/ receiving people were very nice though, so it kind of worked out.

No one in this place read these reviews. Truck drivers should stop hauling for this place so they can go down. I know Ill never haul for Ford again, NEVER! FORD MOTOR CO. and specially this place should be out of business. Truckers theres POWER in the Union.

These are the RUDEST people ever! My husband and I have delivered here now for the second time and the people at the entrance shack and inside are absolutely rude. We didnt come in cursing at them so why in the world are we being cussed at? Never in my life have we seen such rude people.

PRC isnt a body parts redistribution center like the description says, its a Ford auto parts redistribution center. It houses several operations including sheet metal painting, large Parts distribution and Auto Parts redistribution. There is no customer service because they dont sell automotive parts directly to the General Public. Automotive parts are manufactured and delivered to this facility where they are redistributed to other parts Depots across the USA and Canada

The blonde Karen in driver check in was very very rude woman. Other employees say she is rude to all drivers. . very sad that at the end of a long trip you have to deal with someone that is rude rolls her eyes and is very snippy..I expected better from Ford...smh guard and yard hockey was very helpful and polite...

This is a big plant, if you never been here b-4, its can be confusing to get where you need to be.

The people are very good people especially the fork truck operators the are very friendly and get you unloaded quickly, also the guard shack officers are all awesome!

I got to dispatch 25555 office at1:18pm after I dropped my trailer there was no oneOffice lights off sure they left even before!!!I called the security to let them knowShe told 1:18 is close to 1:30 and I’ll have to come back👏👏 FORD MANAGEMENT So professional..

I am here all the time and it is usually horrible because I can never find a spot to drop my trailer, but this time it was easy I was in and out in 45 mins and it was a lot of spots open to back into to drop the trailer!

The need to get rid of a bunch trailers that will not be used anytime soon. Also staff could be more friendly.

It was horrible including dropping your trailer in a horrible yard and Im picking up your trailer that is so close to the other trailer that you cant raise the dollies legs and then the seal was broken had to go back inside to get another one after waiting 40 minutes the first time I dont know why everybody goes on break the same time
