We went in on a whim for scissors and ended up getting a ton of helpful advice and instruction. Donna was a delight and I truly appreciate her guidance.

My apologies. I may have the wrong company. You have the exact same name. I am looking further into it.

Went in there Friday and the ladies did not greet me or acknowledge . There was only one person in there besides me . So I know they wasn’t busy. They just seemed stuck up and didn’t care if I bought anything or not. Well I ended up going to Joanne’s in douglasville where I spent $300 on materials I needed. It was a drive for me. But the customer service and friendly service was worth the drive.

Absolutely LOVE this store; my only problem is that I am 3 hours away. Susan, Stephanie, and their entire staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and did I mention PATIENT, especially when you dont have a clue about what you need or what you are doing. Rome and the surrounding area are so blessed to have this business in their community, and I am so thankful for the willingness of this business to branch out and share their expertise, fabric, machines, and love for fabric/embroidery experiences.

Such a gem to have on Broad Street, and on the historic Cotton Block no less! They carry several top fabric designers that you just cant find in-store in this area, and hard-to-find even in Atlanta. Very clean, pretty store that is nicely arranged. I havent taken a class there yet, but they always seem to have several to offer.

Horrible customer service. Entered the store where I was the only customer. Was not welcomed. Asked if they had any knit fabric and a lady acted bothered that I asked for assistance. Wasn’t able to find what I wanted in the store, so as I was leaving I thanked the lady for her “help” and all she had to say in return was “yeah.” Then preceded to turn around and continue her conversation with her coworker. Wouldn’t buy from this store if it was the last one on the planet.

Great selection of fabrics. Stephanie and Susan have lots of knowledge on techniques and the Babylock machines. I highly recommend this store for all to visit and purchase from. I travel from Chattanooga just to shop this store. Love it and the friendly atmosphere just walking in the door.

Last week I took a Singer Featherweight machine that I bought on Etsy to the Stitchery to be cleaned and serviced - and I am just thrilled with the work. It sews like a dream now - and I cant believe how shiny and new the machine looks :) Thank you so much! Ive taken my Baby Lock long arm machine in as well as my old Janome - both were running much better after their service and cleaning, and I am happy to give The Stitchery 5 stars! Thanks ladies - so very glad to have a local quilt shop.

I LOVE The Stitchery! They have beautiful fabrics and vinyl, and provide one-on-one training on the Babylock sewing and embroidery machines, and sergers. Their classes are excellent and FUN!

I put my machine in the shop and they kept it over a month. I had to pay up front. I sewed on it about two weeks and it tore up, so I took it to another shop and found out it had never been cleaned. Over $200 down the tube.
