For years Richards Supply Store has been our go-to for all our roofing and siding needs. The office staff are always amazing and welcoming! They have helped our business grow by providing us with an easy ordering process and delivery is always made on-time. I have personally worked with and have become close friends with Adriana Serrano over the years and she is very knowledgeable, helpful and will go out her way to make sure everything is done correctly.

I deal with staff in the office which are super nice very attentive and they always make sure that you are taken care of, they will not let you leave the office until you are taken care of in every aspect.Warehouse staff phenomenal as soon as you arrive they are asking you if you need help they go above and beyond.I have been to either building suppliers and these people have their staff together.Great team guys keep up the good work.

Always an incredible experience. I’ve gone to multiple suppliers during my time in this industry and for the past 2+ years I’ve only gone to this location. From something as simple as picking up a sample to a complicated order I can always count on it being a smooth process at this location. They always have when you need and will have you in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Im a summer intern for a roofing company that purchases through Richards Building Supply. When I first walked in the office was extremely clean and I was welcomed by the front desk team members. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was my first time there and I was a bit lost, but everyone on staff understood and walked me through and directed me to what I needed to do! This is incredible considering I saw all of them answering phone calls as well and they were busy, but took the time to help me out! Plus they have a complimentary coffee station which really helped me out as well. I cant say enough good things about everyone over there! As far as materials go, I know my company loves using Richards for their material needs.
