One of the few hardware stores that sells specialty parts for diy projects. Wide variety of electrical and plumbing supplies at reasonable prices.

Went to Locke Supply on Walnut with a plumbing question. The guy didnt listen, just showed me an item to buy,then walks away as Im asking a question. Apparently they dont need business from the little guy as I am not a plumber or builder. So he got what he wanted - I wont be back.

Very friendly, helped us find what we needed.

Went to this place with a friend to help him select a few brass pipe fittings he needed for a home plumbing repair. I am recently retired with over 35 years experience in the wholesale plumbing supply business and very knowledgeable about what wholesalers actually pay for items and what they should sell for. Locke charged my friend over $40 for three small brass pipe fittings that should have been no more than $5 or $6 total.

Locke Supply went above and beyond to help me get my A/C system fixed in my home. Thank You Locke Supply for your friendly and knowledgeable customer service. In a day and age where the consumer is forced to purchase product and service from contractors it is nice to know someone is still out there for the do it yourself home owner.

They always have the parts that I need but I am a specialty contractor for theHVAC which is heating ventilation air-conditioning and refrigeration market they also have electrical side and a plumbing side they always have plenty of parts if not they can order it in within a day or two most reasonably priced all around from Walmart suppliers

Not as good as the Springdale location on pricing. Counter techs are not as knowledgeable as Springdale. The do have as good an inventory as most HVAC Mechanical stores...

Not friendly or helpful staff. Limited selection. Alot of used spa tubs like in Surplus Warehouse. As others have stated, not very good service or retail prices unless youre a contractor.
