The prices at Party World are much cheaper than places such as Amazon, the owner is very nice and professional ....This store has anything you could possibly need for any event. They have 3 walls of different balloons to choose from. Rows and rows of plates / cups / napkins and party decor.. and ... much much more.Support local small business.

On Wednesday 9/2/2020 we placed an order to have 25 balloons inflated with what I expected to be helium, for pick up on Saturday @ 4pm. On Saturday, 9/5, at 4:07, the gentleman called me to see where we were, explaining that he was going to close up shop and go home once we arrived, because he was tired. Upon arrival, there were two, small bags, with balloons. I asked if they were the 25 ordered, he insisted they were. As we were leaving, cars pulled in, customers mind you, to which he complained. Get home, release balloons from bags to set up for surprise birthday party. Surprise was on us. The next morning, all balloons, deflating or deflated. And there were 24, instead of 25. Ive called since Tuesday(9/8/2020) mid day, still no answer. His customer service is beyond subpar. We wont be back.UPDATED 9/17/2020To the owner, your reasoning that the balloons were deflated within 12 hours is that they werent designed to last? If youre filling them with helium, I dont know why they wouldnt. Your practices are shady sir, but its fine, we dont have to shop there. Thank you, very much. Good day.

Very friendly and helpful. It would really hurt the options in this area if we didn’t have a quality locally-owned party supply store like this one. Please support them as they are among the many small businesses in our area who are striving to make a come-back from the COVID-19 quarantine.

I like to encourage individually owned stores and to support them with business. Nothing against Party City, but we have to think about our street life. I think they do a good job here.

I purchased balloons from this business on 1/4/20 at 4:00 pm and they were deflated before the event was to start at 6:00 pm. I contacted the store the same day to inform them of the situation. I was not looking for a full refund just a refund on what I lost. I took the balloons back on 1/7/20 when I had time. The owners son was very nasty which caused me to become nasty. The owner then shows up going back and forth with me and was not professional at all. They acted as if they wanted to come across the counter I then called my husband and they toned down. I said all that to say this I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. They are crooks when it comes to rectifying a situation they were well aware of. One star was hella generous. They are unprofessional individuals.

Place has lots of party supplies at cheaper prices and more variety than other locations in town. Place is larger than it looks. Service was awesome as well! Will be getting all my supplies here!!

Place is way to expensive, Invitations almost $5 a pack when online Walmart has the exact same ones for $2.20.... they have old stuff never stocked up on there stuff...

Weird hours - closed 3 days for St. Patricks Day. A little pricey - stuff is alot cheaper on Amazon or at Party City if you arw able to go.

Two of my balloons had holes in them but when i went back they made sure that the balloons all had air in them and even gave me new ones.
