They have the best customer service in the office and in the warehouse. I highly recommend this location here in Rocky Mount . First time using them and I have had no problem love love love them
Jevard and Brian at Chair and Equipment Rentals were easy to work with, knowledgeable, addressed issues firsthand, and created my dream space for my wedding. They accommodated my change in date due to COVID and were readily available for any questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for any type of event!

Called to reserve tables and chairs and they never mentioned signing a contract or me personally going. They told me everything was fine and I called the day of the pickup and they still didnt mention anything. I had my fiance go pick up our reserved tables and chairs and until then did they tell us about signing the contract and me having to go personally. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY !!!
From my experience with them, I will not recommend them to anyone.Very Horrible customer service.Different prices from different employees depending on who you talk to!!!Too many hidden expenses.———————//////////You would be better off trying someone else in the area (such as DOWNEAST TENT RENTALS who I ended up doing my event with and was provided with excellent service and a better price than even the lowest price Chair & Equipment Rentals quoted me!————/————/There was a huge price gap for the same equipment from speaking to one employee to another employee. I was planning a large event and needed a surplus of chairs, tables, and a few tents. However, after the rude unprofessionalism I experienced, I will never attempt to use this company again.I will never do business with them and suggest you avoid a migraine by avoiding this company!!You can never trust what they say!!!
We have used Chair and Equipment Rentals for several years now and couldnt be happier! Mark and his team see to it that everything is installed perfectly and then take the time to clean up the area before they leave. His knowledge of the products is invaluable and allows for split second decisions. He also has great taste and I can leave it up to him to provide incredible decor for my events that fit my budget. You wont find better service. This company is quite popular for a very good reason!
Would use another company....Mark said everything right, but fell through on job and promises. Suppose to install 3 tents on a Tuesday, but did not complete until Saturday (wedding Day)! Did not install items on contract, credit card was charged for more than the invoice, broke an extra large concrete planter( was told would be replaced) over a month after wedding and no replacement or phone call! Mark is very busy and your job is placed in line with his big jobs. Use another company!!! All of our other wedding vendors were a A+ except this company.
I would recommend getting your rentals anywhere but here!!!! They are severely understaffed, took days to return my phone calls, delivered dirty rentals and did not offer to refund and also charged me for excessive cleaning fees and excessive amounts of items that they said were broken.
Saw that you had only one review and it was bad. My family and I have used your tools many times and never had a problem.
