When we first moved to the area we used the UPS store in Rocky Mount and I cannot say enough good things about the team. They have always been helpful, professional, and friendly. It was a process on our end getting all of our mail forwarded and transferred after our move and they were helpful every step of the way. If you need a postal box or mail service this is the best place in the area.

They were professional in every way, I had an insurance claim that took me quite some time to get finished and resolved and they were with me every step of the way. Would call the claims department while staying on the phone with me and doing everything they could to help. Idk if I can drop a name but the man in charge of claims at this store was above and beyond a professional and I suggest you guys keep him. Thanks for all the help!

These guys are great! Twice I’ve found myself on a time crunch with important printing needs. Service was prompt quality was great. I have a need for their services often, but when I do they never disappoint.
