Great people, very good service. I cant say enough praise. Very professional staff, the best therapist to help with your equipment. I truly depend on these guys, and they always come through.

Great place for your medical supplies. People were very friendly and courteous. Explained and showed how to use the medical item and answered questions. It did not take long to receive what i needed. If i need anything else..i will go back and have referred them at my doctors office.

This place has been nothing but wonderful to us with our needs. I called them about my Grandmother needing stuff asap for some medical issues she was having and they were right on top of it. They are all very sweet and very professional. Equipment has been wonderful and deff helped out so much with her life style. Thanks so much Ideal Home Medical!!!

Worst service. The Oxygen Machine has no filters.I notified Ideal Home two weeks ago and no one still hasnt showed up to service it. It has not been serviced since they first brought it. Also they were suppose to deliver the small individual bottles and still havent delivered them.

Was supposed to get a new wheelchair and got a used one someone died in. I know this because they loaded it but when I got it home it had someone elses name in it. I looked it up in obituary and sure enough the person was dead.

Call to get a replacement mask, no one calls back as stated within 24hrs. Called now (3:15p), during business hours (9a-4P) and recording states they are closed. Really? Sad, this is the only home health provider our insurance is contracted with.

Terrible service at this location. Ordered something 6 weeks ago still no call that it in. I went on line and ordered it. Ill file my own insurance.Stay away from them!
