The process was very easy going. Friendly and helpful associate. I told him what I was looking for in storage sizes, and he was able to take me to see the actual size of the unit. Very helpful, and the rental prices are not that bad neither. This is my second time using SROA and I have not been disappointed yet. Thank you & keep up the great work!

I went to retrieve a few home comfort items and was shocked to see mold and mildew all over my lifes possessions. It has literally made me heart sick... So much damage !!!lUpdate (04/04,/21 :. I recently received a double notice (one for each storage shed) This is to inform you that your monthly rate will increase due to the change in our insurance. Your monthly fee will take effect $22 for each shed on May 1, 2021. So now they want me to pay more so I wont be able to move my lifes belongings to a closer shed that offers climate control storage and its closer to where Im staying...SMH and Seeking Justice. Is this how you treat senior citizens? What would your mother think?

I called to get pricing on a small storage unit and the customer service from there was great, she told me they had a promotion going on and that I would get a discount on first month free. I didnt believe It at first but when I checked my email it was up there. When I arrived at CubeSmart I met a lady name Ivy that also gave me great customer service as well. We had a great conversation as she was getting me set up as well as offering me the locks they sold there. Overall my experience with CubeSmart was great !

We were moving from out of state and needed space to store some things that day (a sunday). Their online reservation system worked very well, I got the call back confirmation by the appropriate time, and the service by Rick when we arrived to get the contract in place went very smoothly. The unit itself was clean and we had no trouble getting the 15 truck in to unload.

I would recommend this place. The staff is nice and very clean facility.

Made a reservation to get a storage, and was in and out. Great customer service with no attitudes and very positive. He even took me to my storage on the golf cart. I would recommend this storage to anybody very clean.

Initially, I wrote a 5 Star review as I was happy with the check-in of my #Cubesmart Self Storage unit in Rocky Mount, NC. Today, I am revising this to a 1 Star Review. Was not happy that they had Mandatory Insurance that they required for me to purchase, but went along with it anyway. Well, less than two weeks after renting the unit, Hurricane Matthew made a visit to the area and some of my very valuable items were ruined. There was NEVER verbal mention that the insurance didnt cover rain, but it does clearly state that it covers Hurricanes. Since I had purchased the Mandatory Insurance, I would be covered, Right? No......WRONG! After waiting almost two weeks to get a response from the Insurance company, I was informed yesterday that I was not covered. Not very happy and will continue to pursue. Beware of this company! #Cubesmartselfstorage
