Staff are fairly friendly. Selection is poor and there was little on the shelves. But, the most disappointing is that they are not enforcing any mask wearing at all, not even a facade. I dont really care for myself since I have protected myself, but I went in with my 8-year-old daughter expecting that people would be wearing masks to protect her because she doesnt have any choice on protection. I dont recall any customers wearing masks, not even pretending, not one in their hand or under the chin, just complete disregard. Most the staff were halfheartedly wearing their masks. I would have chosen NOT to go to this store had I known this would be the case, but since there is a mask mandate in effect I didnt know I would be walking into a trap with my kid. I give two stars because the staff were generally friendly and they had the dog food brand I needed, but nothing else I needed and very disappointed that there was zero regard for the safety of others. The store was dishveled and a mess. I regret even purchasing the dog food and will not support a business who disregards the safety and health of their customers and staff, and the rule of law.

Reasonable prices for a wide selection of items. We got food and medicine for our chickens here. It’s our go to store for those. The people here are very friendly. We keep coming back.

Came in today Jan 10 to refill propane. Girl claims she cant fill the tank and something is wrong with it. Now the whole time Ive gotten propane from this place they have never had a problem with my new tank. Ive also never seen a giant white cloud of propane shoot off the top of the filling station and float across the highway because she didnt turn her valves right. But theres a first time for everything. My tank is fine. Filled it right after at the chevron down the street.Scary. Not worth dying for propane. Retraining is needed by the employees here.

The cashier at the counter was friendly and helpful when I asked her for propane. She directed me out to the gate to wait for assistance. 10 min go by so I call to see if someones still coming and she pages again. 2 guys come out and start messing around on the forklift and dont acknowledge me at all. So I call again. This is 15 minutes after the initial call. She comes out to point me out that I need hell. Jacob comes to the gate and unlocks 1 of the 2 pad locks, still doesnt acknowledge me or say hello. He fumbles around with the second pad lock and cant find the key and without saying anything at all just walks off. This is some of the worst customer service by anyone Ive seen in a very long time. Very disappointed! Thank you to the cashier for the friendly and professional service provided. 1 star for Jacob and the poor attitude he displays on behalf of tractor supply!

I just found out today where is the best place to get propane refill. I searched around in Kent and found that Tractor Supply Co. provide the best price. I was able to filled a 20 lbs Flame King propane tank for $12.87. Folks there are friendly and I was services promptly. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. Ill definitely be back to refill in the future.

As I can tell today 4/24/21. There were maybe 3 people working. One cashier and two other people. They were really friendly but overwhelmed. I had to wait about 45 minutes for an indoor pickup. Not a good way to run things on a busy day.

This is a great stop for the hobby farmer.

Dont get propane here. They are very lazy and they lie. I made the mistake of coming back. They charged me for 10.18 gals when the tanks only hold about 9.4 total. Ans they charged more than the advertised price!!!!! Worst managed store I have ever seen. They will be out of business soon. Its a shame because its a great store.

First time visiting and its a great store. Wide variety of items and very friendly, helpful staff. Much appreciated. Also, the online purchase and pick up function is really convenient, because it takes the guess work out of stock. Picked up 40 lbs of pine pellets to use in the litter box. Same product as in natural cat litter, but at a fraction of the price.

Went in looking for Stall Dry, and was told they didnt carry it in stock. What the staff didnt tell me is they have two similar products for sale, in stock, in large quantities. It was like they didnt care.So Im chatting with the clerk, bemoaning how this TS is always out of everything I need and always understaffed, and how much I miss Dels, and how I wished Reber Ranch didnt close so early on Sundays... and they tells me that they do all their shopping at Reber Ranch too. What a great endorsement for not shopping here!

I’ve been going to TS for awhile now for pig food/dog food/ random household needs and their staff is always so helpful. Everytime I bring the pups in the staff is so quick to help me with carrying anything while my hands are full. Also, Mark has exemplary customer service! My husband and I refuse to go elsewhere!

Went to get propane, the guy said it is gonna be 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes. Than he said it is gonna be another 30 minutes, waited another 30 minutes. Than he said it is gonna be another 15 minutes. Clearly the 2 guys who were working there were having fun by treating me like this.

Did not receive a greeting or a thank you from the cashier... some other store will be happy to see me and my money...

Staffed by cheerful and unfailingly helpfuI people, TSC is one of my fav brick and mortar destinations. We live in the city with a dozen chickens, three cats, a bunny and a confused dog- we buy our animal supplies out here even though its a 30 min drive because online AND in-person they make it easy. This was my first time here. I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was nice . Looks like you could find just about everything you could need . I was there to pick up dog food. I ordered online which made my visit very fast. If I didnt have a list of things to do I would have spent a lot of money on many things I saw. I must go back.

I love that store. My husband loves that store too. I especially like it that they arent jam packed. I mean its probably not good for them & they probably want jam packed for their business. However, Im an old school and I like too just go into a store setting thats not too empty but not too packed. Thanks

Extremely disappointed by the fact that you guys close at 9pm but won’t refill propane at 8pm. A whole HOUR before closing and there’s no disclaimer on the door about it. TOTAL LOSS of business 2 times in a row!

Came here to get propane tanks filled, something I didnt know they did until now! They have a good price on it, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Easy to get to, right off Washington State Highway 167.

I honestly love this store. The people who work here are always so helpful and upbeat. Prices are great, and the selections are excellent; great, cheap, quality alternatives to some other items you could find elsewhere.

This is the worst possible place for customer service and competent workers. No one on the floor for help and after a lengthy search, the worker acted like he was less than happy to deal with us. After the second time we were graced with his presence and dealt with him slamming our items around and mouth breathing the whole time..

I purchased a backpack blower for my landscaping company. Upon arriving home, I realized it was broken. When I returned to the store to exchange it for the exact same item, I was treated like a drug addicted thief by the store manager, Karen. She was rude & condescending & would not even exchange the item, despite me having my receipt. I do not recommend you go to this store unless you enjoy being humiliated & degraded.

A rural area style supply store, located in suburbia. A wide variety of products in stock. And, yes, it really has replacement parts for tractors!My wife has several great winter shirts that came from Tractor Supply. She enjoys replying to compliments with, You wont believe where they came from!

I have rabbits and this is one of the few places I can get supplies at reasonable prices. Nice quality hay and more. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Been here numerous times for items the website says are in stock at this store. And every time I get, ummm no we don’t have that or we’re out of that or we haven’t had a shipment in a long time. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Great deals on hard to find items that you cant get in other big box stores. I was after lighting for my trailer and the options were great.

4 out of 5 times I go to the Kent Washington store they are either out of Timothy hay or arent restocking it. Also, half the time it is wet and moldy which can kill your livestock or family pet. This is serious like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Awsome selection, awesome staff. They were as helpfull as anyone could ask. Tractor Supply also has a Great Selection if work Jeans a d close at a reasonable price. If your looking for sturdy tools or sturdy clothing, or propane refills all the way up to decent Log Splitters at a reasonable price and beyond. Look no further.

Not a fan of the new management. Just glares and avoids anyone who isnt pretty and acts like customer service is above his pay grade. Theres that and the store no longer stocks what I need. When asked I was told product x was just as good. Sorry but I dont feed my animals cheap filler. Taking my money elsewhere. If I am spending well over $5k a year on feed I am going to get the good stuff.

Great place to visit, the staff here is awesome. And their selection is even better. Sturdy work Denims, sturdy work boots, and Hiking boots as well. They have reasonably priced propane and if your in the market for somthing like Log Splitters, you found the last place youll prolly ever look again.

The people we got our kittens from recommended this place for the best pricing on kitty litter and grain free food. Good value for bulk or smaller purchases of pet food and litter. The litter boxes seemed a bit pricey so we got a deal on one at our local Grocery Outlet. Well be back again for litter and food when needed.

A tractor supply like every other. A little light on staff but well maintained. It offers all of the supplies that you expect from a tractor supply.

Great prices and selection on all things small / home farm and garden. I get all my chicken feed and supplies here. Solid dog section too. I dont have a horse but if I did, I would probably visit here for that too. I bought my last pair of cowboy boots at Tractor Supply.

They have very good customer service and if you need help putting your products in your car they will gladly help

I can always count on them for feed, horse stuff and farm supplies plus they stand behind their products. Nice treat to browse their discounted items on at the bins by cash register, too.I also like that they typically use old box stores for their locations. Good use for the buildings.

Average selection. Nice, friendly staff, but nothing all that spectacular here. Drive the extra 8.5 miles (15 min) to Coastal Farm & Ranch and save roughly 10-20% on everyday pricing with a considerably larger selection and shop at a Northwest owned chain rather than a national one.

These guys always have what I need! I dont remember the big mustache guys name but look for him ...always helpful!

Absolutely horrible service today. I was the only customer there with at least 5 employees. Couldnt find any help with the feed I was looking for. The shelf was empty. Finally got some help and when I went to pay; three employees ignored me. I waited for awhile. Continued to be ignored. After several minutes I abandoned my cart. First time in my 60 years on this earth that I have done that. Hope it is worth it to their boss. losing todays and future business. Ill be going to Reber Ranch tomorrow. Today is 7/24/2019 about 3pm.

The store and staff were great, but it was much smaller than the ones I am used to with a very limited inventory. I could not find any clothing in my size.

Worst service went in at 6:53 and couldnt fina anyone to help i knew they closed at 7pm. I finally found someone 6:57 to help all needed was pine pellets and chicken pellets. The associate we found was on her phone on a video call and she was extremely rude said you know we are closed got on her walky talky and said close the doors ppl are coming in and we sre closedi guess she was in charge. Extremely rude and didnt care gave me attutude. I buy chicken foid here and dog i spend aboyt $300 a month here well i guess i will be taking my service else where never again come here

Sometimes their prices are pretty good on certain items. I probably would have given them another star, but the 1/2 dr ratchet I bought there, fell apart on me, and one of the springs inside disappeared, so I cant reassemble it.

Went here to buy Safe-T-Sorb, ended up buying some gardening soil and sphagnum peat moss as well, as they were on sale. Price of the peat moss was lower than Walmarts price. They also had some top soil on sale. Prices of other items were a little pricier than elsewhere, but for a store that has all you need for farming supplies, it beats having to go to multiple locations and so you save on fuel I guess.
