Love this grocery store. Perfect location. Best place to get seafood, produce & other items.

I went here because I was visiting family I had cash and plastic on me thank God, the vending machines outside did not work as far as the credit card pin pad on it and I had to go inside to get a drink. Those things need to be fixed

The store itself is great. I use to like the pharmacy however since COVID it’s horrible. They will never answer the phone. I have even called customer service and asked them to please get someone to answer and was just left on hold for 30 min until I just gave up. I have to get a medicine refilled every month that can’t be automatically refilled. I have to physically go there now to ask for it to be filled and either wait or come back. This is very hard to do when you work multiple jobs. They claim they are understaffed but they have the same amount of people working the pharmacy at one time now as they always have and I use to never have a problem with them answering the phone. They are using COVID as an excuse to give horrible service in my opinion.

I love this Harris Teeter. Very well clean and organize. Good customer service no issues with management. Prices a little high but cant control that. Ive been there numerous times no problems quick fast always have cashiers which helps especially during this pandemic. Unlike Wal-Mart everyone knows about that shopping experience. I decided to change my shopping pattern. Go a little later at night less people get out even faster. Only issue I have is being profile as a shoplifter I blew it off the first time. But it happened again tonight. Im going to blow it off again. Im gonna try shopping there again. To see if blacks are being profiled why they shop and spending there money at this particular location. If anyone else experience this issue please share.

I cant go in the store and come out with only the single item I went in looking for. Today a quick Trip in with three items cost me $92 by the time I got out. Compounding this sometimes I think you need a PhD to read the receipt and understand whether you got your discounted items. Nevertheless I do check the circulus for sales and I continue to shop there.

I mainly go to Harris Teeter for my prescriptions. Prices are much better than anywhere else I know of. The pharmacy staff, especially Ariel, are usually VERY friendly, helpful, patient and just nice, pleasant. I buy certain groceries when there is a VERY good deal on certain items, otherwise HT is a rather expensive store. I will say, I REALLY HATE the way HT smells! The seafood department reeks throughout the entire store. Can smell it as soon as you walk in. I feel like the smell is on me after I leave, which is gross. Its on the grocery bags as well. My mom feels the same way. She actually hates going into HT. She only buys prescriptions, and cinnamon apple chips from the produce department because she cannot find them any place else. Well except online and in bulk, which is too expensive for her. I try to buy her a few bags when I can. I actually bought every bag in stock, which was only eleven, to give her for mothers day. Oh, I do LOVE Harris Teeter cheese! I always buy HT Wisconsin block and slice cheese, my favorite! I stock up when I can, when its on sale.

For the Price...Everything Should be Top Notch...for instance...went in today....nothing to clean Carts with and no one knew where anything was

A sure bet for a Friday night steak for the grill. Really love the prestige meat counter here. Often have the butcher cut a couple steaks thicker than in display case. Always happy with what I bring home! Produce section is always outstanding.Highly recommended!😊☺🙂

The pharmacy is pretty good especially when you use Good RX. I also like the international collection of sauces and other foods.

Nice store with good selection. Surprisingly the cost of most items are around $1.00 more per item. I only go there as a convenience once in awhile.

This Harris teeter has always been the best grocery store in town. They always have great deals and everything is easy to find. I personally like to come here for fresh meats and fruits. Employees are always kind and helpful. Great place to shop!

This Harris Teeter is huge. Lots of variety, especially in the bakery and produce sections. I only go occasionally because of the distance, but they always have everything I need.

I had trouble finding an item and Derrick walked with me around the store to try to locate what I was looking for. His help was much appreciated!

Just needed a money order my experience was not great because I had to stand and wait for customer service and one of the cashiers called customer service over the intercom they still did not show up so one of the other cashiers went and knocked on the door and told them that they had a customer so no my experience was not great at Harris teeter

This rating change is due to the fact the hours of operation changed. This location vis no longer 24hrs and that was a huge draw for my family. We live a very hectic schedule and knowing we could go grocery shopping at any time was incredibly convenient.

Early morning grocery shopping. I usually go before it gets too crowded. Well stocked, friendly and helpful associates. Good sales, e-vic sales are really good. The fuel program is a definite plus.

Was very disappointed in how my Thanksgiving Dinner that I order from Harris Teeter in Rocky Mount, NC. It was not prepared at all. I actually threw everything away except the bake Turkey. It was cook, but was still in the butterball plastic pack. I had to cook it for 2 1/2 hours. I may as well bought my own Turkey and cook it myself. The stuffing had grains of corn in it. I guess because it was call cornbread stuffing. The string began Casserole was spoil and the Crean Potatoes was frozen solid. The cranberry sauce and gravy was semi-frozen. I will not do Christmas Dinner from Harris Teeter. Overall The Turkey turn out good, because I fixed it up with small potatoes, small onion, glaze carrots and add cut celery on the plate. The Turkey was really good. 5 STARS FOR BUTTERBALL TURKEY.

I no longer use this HT and now drive to Wilson if I want to shop at HT. The customer service at this store has gone downhill tremendously. I frequently order from the bakery for work and after dealing with ongoing issues with this store for 6-months, Ive decided to longer shop here. Every time I call I ether cant get through to the bakery or Im put on a long hold. Their employees lack professionalism when speaking to customers on the phone and in person. Ive experienced this in many different departments. Once, Ive gone to pick up my bakery order and they didnt have it and twice, the order was wrong. Several times Ive had to wait for someone to acknowledge me when waiting to pick up a bakery order. Recently, I waited more than 5 minutes for two of their employees to finish their personal conversation. A manager was standing close by and he also didnt acknowledge what what going on. Please revamp the quality of personnel thats being hired for this store. I know Im not the only one in the area that no longer shops here.

Its very clean and they have awesome deals that I am just learning about. This will definitely be my first choice for groceries.

Never disappointedMy wife is a regular shopper at this Harris Teeter. Before her taking me to this store, I was fine to go to the first store I got to. Regardless of specials or available grocery goods.I have not been disappointed by cashiers and the shining star at this store is Debbie at the pharmacy. She treats me like family. Always curtious.I look forward to accompanying her, usually with other stores I am content to sit in the car. You guys keep in stock what I normally would not look for.

We tried to buy the crab legs that were on sale and it wouldnt let us get them for $6.99lb. as advertised. My sister was inquiring at the help desk as to why and Lana pulled up her info and said because she didnt shop at the store consistently is why she had to pay $8.99lb. My sister was trying to find out what that had to do with anything and the young lady just said its its nothing she could and walked off to the next person. Terrible customer service and practice!

Prices are higher than other local stores, but sale items are worth the trip. Store is clean and staff are very friendly. Open registers dont use lights to inform customers it is open and Im not sure why. Overall, I would recommend Harris Teeter to customers.
