Went to the store to talk about a stone that had fallen out of my daughter ring. Spoke with one person and then I wanted the manager. The young man(the manager)was very very very rude and poor customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars at location only to being spoken to rude and very unprofessional. I asked him several times to calm his voice while speaking with me and he proceeded to continue in that manner. He later picked up the phone as if he was calling the police because I asked him to calm his voice while speaking to me and wanted me to leave and refused to give me customer service number. He was actually showing off for the other customers in the store because I never have been treated and talked to like that before in Kay’s. I will never spend another dime at this location and I advise you to do the same. Since COVID these places are hiring anybody from the streets with lack of customer service.
Similar to a prior review I went in trying to return a item from online and was met with strange blank stares and being questioned on when I bought the item. Then when I gave her the receipt she asked for my id and card which isn’t a huge problem but I’ve never seen anyone do for a return. The order receipt did not have my card info or price of the item on it so she had to look it up by the receipt order number. She then said “oh we have a big problem” and stared at me and said that the card I gave her was not the right card.I have over 40+ cards from business to personal with very large transactions daily so it is easy to lose track on what card I used for each transaction, I just pay them off in full every other day. I asked her what the last four digits on the card was and was met with “Oh that’s not how this works” and more staring. Mind you she has the order receiptwith my name and my drivers license and my card with my name on it. And if she wanted to see the email confirmation of the order with MY NAME I could have shown that as well but I was addressed with hostility.I also believe she took a picture of my id which should be illegal. I was then questioned on how I could forget what card I used for an expense for that much like she was my parent and giving me a stern talking to. I left and went to a store in Raleigh and had no issues. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all, not worth ruining your day. I’m sure not every employee is like that but I don’t think it’s worth the risk.SN: I’m a very shy person in general so this had me super anxious the rest of the day.
Always had a great experience with kay Jewelers until today. I found the item I wanted online then I called to make sure it was in stock. That was all goodUntil I got to the store. The lady that assisted me made me feel very rushed when I asked to see the other items. When I was trying to make a decision on my purchase I asked her a question she gave me a Short Answer and a Blank Stare.
Great experience with Jennifer! We absolutely loved her energy and patience. Kaitlyn helped as well and was lovely. Thank you ladies, your particular service made a world of difference. Update: there was a miscommunication about the arrival of the ring or perhaps someone forgot to put in the order. We were a bit disappointed as we were excited about receiving it on the mentioned date but mistakes happen.
Jennifers service was excellent! Shes very knowledgeable on all merchandise and was extremely polite!
Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to shop again.
Call to get a price for battery replacement for an Invicta watch. The prices they charge are ridiculous. Quote $100 for battery replacement.
