Store was clean and they actually had my size (10 wide womens) I was thrilled. They also announced while I was there that they were having a buy one get one half off. I ended up with 2 pair of sneakers (one Nike and one New Balance) for less than $95.

The Lady named Shantay that works there is the best salesperson that I have ever encountered. I went in to purchase 1 pair of shoes but she made it so comfortable that ended up purchasing 4 pairs of shoes but received discounts and it fit my budget. Never had someone like Shantay, I hope Shoe Carnival gives her a raise.

The displays were very easy to see and finding the correct shoe size, also very easy to locate. I found a shoe in clearance I wanted, went to locate an employee, he was right around the corner. He was polite, and helped me in literary less than a minute. Great shoe store. I will be back soon.

They need more of a variety of different shoes they have alot of the same shoe with a different color every time I see something on there website that I like I go to the store to see if they have it in stock and the never do so I dont buy them I like to try shoes on before I buy them cause all shoes fit different and Im not gonna order shoes get them and have to send them back because they dont fit right

Called store to make sure that they carried Doc Martin work boots in the store. I did this so that I didnt have to drive there for no reason. Showed up and store manager says that they only carry those online. Could not get help with trying shoes on. Almost all the shoes were security tagged on both shoes so that you could not lace them up and try them on without removing the tags.
