Pleasant experience that turned bad. We were visiting family in the area around Rocky Mount. This beauty supply store was recommended. As we entered, wonderful greeting by staff and eager to assist. I was very pleased with the helpfulness, courtesy and our selections. Until this morning.My Mom used her Citibank credit card to complete this purchase. At 8:30am, she received an urgent call from Citibank fraud department. Apparently someone attempted to use her card at 11:30pm the night before to order $120 worth of pizza from Shakeys. This was the only place she used her card.Disappointing because they were very nice. Needless to say, when in Rocky Mount again, we will not return.

The store owner deals with her customer in a polite manner. Each customer is very important to her.

Saved me a new nose piercing. I had lost my nose ring early in the morning and I had to wait until late in the afternoon to get another one and they had so many options.to choose from.

While the owner is sweet as pie, her employee needs a lesson in customer service. I walked around unassisted about 20 mins. Mind you her friend was in the store and she talked to her the entire time. The shelves are never stocked with enough of the same hair and the selection is limited. Its such a shame bc I seriously like the location and wig selection.
