I am new to Rocky Mount and was having trouble finding a good beauty supply store, but I will not need to search no more! Lisa, the store manager, was fantastic. She directed me to the perfect product and it was on sale. I highly recommend this store.

They had the items that I was looking for. The ladies were very helpful and pleasant.

This coworker literally assumed we were stealing. I’ll get her name next time to be specific but I’m not buying a thing else to support this business. She watched us from beginning to end. Your service will vary depending on who’s shopping and working!

I read all previous reviews and must say they are rather mixed to say the least! The customer service I have recd has always been satisfactory, There was one employee that left much to be desired, but she no longer works there.I have a Sally card that I put to good use as often as possible... it gives a price discount on everything in the store.For the most part this location is always clean, well-stocked, reasonable prices with weekly sales, has friendly, helpful employees, open 7 days a week, and is conveniently located.Sallys has merchandise that cannot be found anywhere else unless you order it online (like Amazon). I give this store 4/5 Stars and would recommend shopping here.

Employees are more worried about their selves than helping a customer. Publicly and loudly announce how ready they are to leave and often close early. Better training is definitely needed.

The employees are HORRIBLE!!!! They have such poor customer service! They talk very loudly with each other. Ive wanted a job there and I had to keep calling to get a response. They didnt even tell me the position was filled. Few days after I went there to buy products, I get stared at. I even said hello and of course I didnt get a response! I would never recommend anyone working there! Very unprofessional!
