I placed an order through 1800-Flowers and this floral shop was responsible for order fulfillment and delivery. I ordered an XL birthday bouquet for my mother and what was delivered was not that. Not only did it not meet my expectations, it was also short on flower count, ie : there supposed to be 8 roses and there were only 5. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this shop. You’re better off catching Walmart on a good day and getting $15 flowers from there. This arrangement cost me $80 and as you can see from the attached visual aid, my mother did not receive an $80 arrangement.

On Sunday the 14th, 2021, I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet from a large national flower company. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day. I received an email saying they were delivered. They werent. I called the next day and had them send a replacement. Same issue. Email notification saying they were delivered when they werent. I called and demanded a refund. I told them I would find someone local. A simple Google search brought me to Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount. I ordered a sympathy bouquet from their website and it was actually delivered!! Not only were they delivered, but they are gorgeous! I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-laws baby shower. The flowers themselves were fine but a very cheap, silver, plastic vase was used. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from this florist again.

Beautiful flowers can always walk in and find something pretty.

The flowers that we sent our Mother looked nothing like the picture, they didn’t event try to make the arrangement look good and some of the flowers were completely different.

Sharon @ Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mt was wonderful customer service wise. I live in another state and wished to get flowers to a loved one in Rocky Mt. Sharon took my order, sent me an image (I request this of every florist from whom I order but not all oblige), got the flowers and message out lickety split and they were exactly what we wanted and as ordered and as indicated. Thank you! Highly recommend and would totally place an order from Sharon at this location again should the opportunity arise.

Contacted them through their website and they delivered a HUGE and BEAUTIFUL bouquet! They exceeded my expectations by far, and I will use them again.

Be very careful ordering from them. I ordered from them through Teleflora. I ordered a Money tree which would have lasted my friend about 10-15 years and instead she got a bouquet of flowers which dies in a week. Their excuse is that they couldnt get the money tree. If this is the case why didnt they let me know so I would have an option. Never again.

Amazing customer service experience from beginning to end and the flowers where delivered within the HOUR!!!! I normally don’t post reviews but this shop is amazing!!!!!! And the flowers were exactly what they were supposed to be looked identical to the picture online.

Received order exactly to my specifications. Ordered by phone and the customer service representative was very professional, polite, and friendly. Delivery was prompt. Flowers were fresh and smelled great. Most important, the wife was exceedingly pleased. Wouldnt hesitate to do business with this company again.

Ordered flowers for wife early Valentines Day Morning to be delivered at her job minutes away from florist. I went to conduct Board mtg at church where i serve as Pastor. Retuned home about same time as wife arrived around 6:30PM, expecting her to be excited about receiving my order at work. She entered home stating nothing regarding receiving anything. I thought to myself.. Hmm..... I called to confirm order was deliver and was informed.. Im sorry, we couldnt deliver today.. Will tomorrow be okay?... REALLY??? REALLY??? Youre asking me... If its okay.. To deliver Valentines flowers to my wifes work... The day AFTER Valentines Day...ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? And no one there thought to call me????I insisted that they be delivered ASAP to my residence in Wilson, NC TONIGHT. At 8:47PM Florist arrives with flowers. 12 hrs after order placed this morning.What business would EVER consider or suggest that its okay to celebrate such a heart felt occassion AFTER the Special day is over...
