Our daughter has been sober for 4 1/2 years now. She is a different person than the one that entered. She has a life, a good job, found love, and just graduated with B.A. and about to enter a Masters program. She is happy. The change and transformation has been remarkable. Ultimately, it is up to the individual, but many cant turn their life around without professional help. Not everyone will be successful. And we all know addiction is a lifelong disease that requires constant effort to stay sober. But it can be Done.

This is an amazing place to work. The clients who come here say they are impressed with the support from staff and therapy they receive. I have found everyone who works here is committed to helping people living with addictions make positive changes!

The people that make up this institution are committed to each and every individual and their family. Really invest themselves emotionally in your recovery. If your family is suffering from the disease, you are not alone and you will find people here who really get it. We are truly lucky to have found this place!

We were on our way to the beach for vacation, but had a piece come loose in the under carriage. We stopped here, and they were very good to us. The customer service was amazing, the service was quick (took less than half an hour to get the car fixed up and ready to go), and it was relatively inexpensive too. We really appreciated the fact that they were willing to fix our car so quickly and on such short notice too.

They have the best customer service! Always willing to fit us in and figure out what is going on with the vehicles!

An awesomely clean, well equipped shop, courteous counter and sales people and skilled technicians. They even provided shuttle service. I worked there in 90 or 91 and they were a great company to work for!! If Id have had a drivers license back then I wouldve stayed with them. Probably the cleanest, friendliest and overall knowledgeable facilities Ive ever had the pleasure to work at!!!!

My experience with this dealer was horrible at best. I went for an alignment and there was one already being worked on so the service writer told me 30 minutes, no problem. Then he came back and said that it would 2 hours on the one in front of me and suggested that I make an appointment for Monday. I had to go to Lowes (across the street) then To Dunkin Donuts for coffee. Thats when I saw that the alignment rack was clear and the customer and vehicle were gone. This happened in time span of less than 1 hour so I guess my time and money were not important to the business. I did cancel my appointment and gave a very lame excuse why and the man at the counter didnt have a clue why nor did he ask why. This is why I am taking my business elsewhere if there was a problem all they had to do was let me know and I m sure it could have been worked out

Quick no long waiting professional

Always the best service! Never feel taken advatage of or like I have to watch their every move (as I have at other shops). Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. If you make an appointment you are taken care of without much of a wait (unlike others where you still wait 1 hour+). Also, very good at working you in if you have an unexpected issue such as a flat tire. Only place that touches my cars.

Yesterday we were on a road trip from Virginia when we caught a nail in our tire. In hopes of getting the tire patched, we went to a number of auto repair shops but were rudely turned away. As a final ditch effort I contacted the Goodyear. They were so kind and welcoming to us. Unfortunately the tire was shot, so they offered us a slightly used tire for a reduced price. Twenty mins later we were on the road and on to our destination! I can’t thank the crew at the Goodyear enough :) definitely the best part of Rocky Mount.

Tire monitor showing passenger tire pressure fluctuating. I buy my tires there. They checked them all, added nitrogen to all. No charge.
