Ive been dealing with Pridgen Tire & Auto Center for over 10 years now and never been disappointed by them. They are a veteran owned and operated business and some of the nicest people you can deal with. If something is wrong with your car they dont beat around the bush about it, they tell you straight up whats going on. Need Tires for Travel Trailer. They had Hercules Power 2. Reviews for the tires are good. Other shops in area didnt have any interest in helping me find good tires for TT. Called Pridgen Tire told me what they had and helped me be sure they where rated for my use speed and weight. Lot is small so I choose to remove tire and rim bring in to have them changed. Not sure I could get TT in lot without damaging something. Overall I would recommend to anyone needing tires or work on automobile.

If I could give this place one hundred stars I would. I am from out of town and encountered an issue with my brakes while I was traveling and they fixed it the same day with no problem. I had another problem the next day and it was fixed with ease. You will not be disappointed at all. These men are very nice. I was over satisfied with the work done.

This place was amazing!!!! We were traveling far from home and had a slow leak. We stopped to get a plug job and hoped it wouldnt be too long. Customer service was excellent and they took us right away and it did not take long at all. We were on our way home before we knew it. I would highly recommend. It is also fantastic that it is a Veteran owned and operated store.

They had worked on my truck in the past and could never fix it. I took it to another place and after the other place fixed Pridgen mistakes they got my truck fixed it cost me an extra 3000 dollars to fix the mistakes just to replace the timing chain.I purchased tire from them and my rims never leaked on the bead ( yes I used to change tires for a living) since they put new tires on my truck the bead leaks all the time and they charged me 37 bucks to fix each tire. Very hard to get ahold of on the phone always going to voice Mail .

Not sure about their tire service but I rented a one way budget truck from them. Being from a different county I was surprised to walk in to see no workers were wearing masks. Other customers were in masks with the exception of one customer. The truck was dirty and had to be cleaned before entering. Im glad I do not move often and wont be needing their services.Addition to response: There was a barrier but the barrier looked like a shower curtin and it was only on one side. My interaction to check out the truck was not behind the barrier/curtin. The only barrier of protection was my mask. The employee I interacted with had no mask. The steering wheel was not sticky, nor was the handle. So I am not sure about sanitizer being used as you stated. The truck was dirty. Dirt and debris on the floor and in cup holders.

Were new to the area, so we wanted to find a place to get established for our auto maintenance. I was very content with the service here -- the front staff was courteous and clear in their communication. And looking through the materials in the waiting room, I liked that this business seems to support the local community. From what few interactions I saw, it also seemed the staff got along well, which is always nice. Free Wi-Fi too.It did take longer than I expected, but you never know what they have on their hands in the back. Im confident they wasted no time. Id be glad to return for any auto care needs.

I could say more about how they were cheaper than anyone else, we’re friendly and down to earth, and got me in and out quickly but several others have already mentioned those things— and you should go experience it for yourself anyway. I own a hotshot trucking company got a flat tire on truck dual. called a neighbor shop and they said they might be able to put spare on for me today. Then I called pridgen tire and they said bring it on in..I dropped trailer off and pulled up to shop left truck running and they immediately came out and pulled truck around back and got my tire swapped out and back on the road in less then 30mins

This place was wonderful. We were on our way from Virginia to South Carolina for a wedding. We blew a tire and just 30 minutes before closing without hesitation they helped get us back on the road. They were friendly courteous and very affordable. Nice to the kids. Ice cold AC. Got us on our way in no time. We really appreciated their kind service. Would recommend to anyone.

I was driving from obx home to Charlotte with my 2 young children when my tire started to separate. I got off the highway as quickly as possible and randomly found Pridgen auto. They helped us get back on the road quickly, safely and at a fair price. So thankful for the great service!

We were traveling and had a tire go down on the interstate. We made it to Pridgen Tire before it went all the way flat. They fit us in and had us back on the road in no time.

This is not just because of bad service but because they do not know anything but how to change a tire. I told them 4 times what I needed all of their words “yeah we got you”. Haha not even I get home and put the rims on and have the same problems as to why I took the wheels in there! They are incompetent and not knowledgeable on what can be used and cannot be. I then called 4 different times, left 2 messages to return my call and guess what? They never called me back leaving me through the weekend without being able to drive my car without 2 front tires. This place is a joke maybe that’s why I walked right in and there was only one person waiting...don’t go here!

We thought there was a problem w our car. Took it to Pridgen and instead of making up some problem and charging us a cpl hundred dollars, they told us that it only needed to have a screw tightened. No charge. An honest mechanic! We will definitely be back.

We had a quote on my daughters vehicle from a repair facility in Chapel Hill for $2195. I had her bring the car home so that I could have Pridgen Tire and Auto Center do the repairs. Their final bill was $741. We have been using them for years for all four of our vehicles and have always been pleased with the service and trustworthiness of the shop!
