The employees were extremely friendly, the shop is clean and well maintained, and I got my stuff done quickly. They even gave me a cool pen :) Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service and will definitely be back. CJP&G has built a relationship instead of just trying to hurry me up!

I walked in and was welcomed immediately. They asked if I needed help i told them what I was looking for and they took the time to help while maintaining a safe distance.

Incompetent. I ordered a weapon online. Chose them as the FFL transfer. Called them to send their info to the dealer. Was told the info (email) was going out immediately. Went on the road for a couple of weeks and came home expecting to pick up a weapon...What I got was a cancelled order and a restock fee because Carolina Jewelry Pawn & Gun never sent the information to the dealer.Not only did I get charged a restock fee. It was the last of that weapon... So, I now I cant get it because Carolina Jewelry Pawn & Gun... Never Sent The FFL Info To The Dealer!Tried to remedy the situation and the Manager (Stacy) called the situation stupid. Me losing money and a weapon due to their incompetence is stupid to him...I actually found out CW Outfitters is only $20. Im sure they know how to send emails. Ill be using them from now on...Thanks Stacy!

This store has a friendly and knowledgeable staff when it comes to firearms. The prices on new and used weapons is also competitive. This is one of the few locations in the greater Rocky Mount area that I would consider when looking to buy a used or new firearm.

When I walked in three of the four employees that were there we’re sitting right next to each other carrying on a conversation. They were not wearing masks, not social distancing and they we’re ignoring customer’s.

They disregard all suggestions from the CDC such as social distancing and mask wearing.

Every time my dad and I go in there every body treats us with the most repsect that any body can give Greg is esp he is a great guy and very very knowledgeable about all of the fire arms and will work with you at all cost and we have bought about 5 firearms from them and well satisfied thank you guys for all of your help
