We would like to thank Hobert Pools for our pool Construction. Steve was an awesome project manager. Anytime we had questions during the process he was very honest and up front with us. The pool turned out just the way we were hoping for. Dillon came out to perform the startup and he was very professional with pool school and all of the processes. I would recommend these two guys to anyone looking for a pool construction.

Great service, with one exception, the wrong lawn type was used which clashed with the original and now looks a little wild, other then that excellent service and construction! Highly recommended

We are very pleased with the end result. Portions of the process were frustrating, but ultimately they have taken care of all of the issues that came up. There are a couple of outstanding items, which I believe will be handled. We chose Hobert due to their reputation to make it right when issues occur. They have done that. The process took 6 months, which was definitely longer than we expected. The project turned out wonderful, however.

Representative (Dylan) conducted a superb job with pool school and answering any/all questions regarding pool maintenance..I highly recommend! Thanks again for your knowledge/expertise!

Terrible, terrible terrible! Spend more money if you need to but DO NOT go here! My pool build went from a dig date of January and finish of March/April, to dig date of March 28th and completion of August once I signed the contract. Manager didnt care the salesman lied to me even though I had it in writing from the salesman. Lies already and the project wasnt even started yet....cancelled with them and finding someone else who is honest and ethical to work with.

Wanted to thank everyone at Hobert Pools for helping me out yesterday with my pool. I bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. Tim came out and was super awesome! He went through all aspects of my system and explained everything to us clearly. Also appreciate that he was honest and forthright, and didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary products. Its getting more and more difficult to find honest service companies these days.I have Hobert in my contact list and theyll be the first to hear from me when/if I need help.

Hobert is amazing!!! Pool construction is a long and complicated journey. Every step of the way they were thorough and responsive to our needs!! Super happy with each contractor as they were each masters at their craft!! Highly recommend Hobert from Matt (designer) to both Aaron’s (foremen) and Dylan and Shan (pool school and set up). Everyone at Hobert Pools Rockwall are very helpful and truly want you to have the pool of your dreams.Ours turned out how we wanted it and for the budget we had, other places quoted us ridiculous amounts, 20-30k over what Hobert could. We almost gave up the pool dream. Get 3+ quotes always!It also seemed as though Hobert have a better packaged all inclusive product with Pentair, the App controlled SPA and Pool is all included, other places charge 1k extra for every small detail or add on which should be standard in 2021. LED Lights, App control, safe guards etc.There were a few small niggles and misunderstandings along the way and with the COVID pandemic slowing everything down. It took longer than expect, started end of August and finished by end of December, no fault of the Hobert team. I would use them again if we ever move.Thank you Steve, Chris and Angela and the whole team.The pool service team (Shan & Alex) are awesome as well, I have no idea what I am doing and they are willing to teach you. Pool school is a must! It takes time to learn the system, filters, PH levels etc. Use the Pool School.

Really enjoyed working with Hobert and their team despite the pandemic and weather delays we are glad we had them build our 2nd pool.

Very reputable area pool builder. Very professional, quality work at a fair price with virtually no hidden costs. Even during a very wet spring built our 25,000gal pool in only 12 weeks. Very pleased with the process & final product!

Everything froM start to finish was spectacular. Sales, GC and start up all went smooth. Most impressive was the lack of footprint that the contractors left. My yard and grass is all pretty much the same. Great experience!!!

Customer service seems to have disappeared in the last few years with most companies, so dealing with the great people at Hobert was a pleasant surprise. Keep up the great work Hobert and thank you.

Byron did a fantastic job when he came to the house. He found a bad actuator that was stuck in one position. Once that was replaced, the crack in the cleaner pump was found. That was replaced as well, and everything was done under warranty. Byron even took the time to explain what settings needed to be done during the severe cold that we have had over the last couple of weeks.

We had issues with another plumbing company and called Hobert and within 3 moths the pool was completed and we were swimming.

We spent over $110,000 for a pool/spa, arbor, fencing, sprinklers, and travertine patio contracted with Hobert Pools. Now we have an underground leak (found by our landscaping contractor three days ago) at the elbow joints in the pool plumbing line. Btw-our pool just got up and running one month ago. After three days of phone calls by my husband to try to get this resolved, Hobert sent out their sprinkler sub-contractor who said it’s not the sprinkler line leaking; and, a plumbing ‘tech’ came out to test the water at the leak point & he said it’s not the pool plumbing because there was no salt detected in the water at the leak sight (we have a salt water pool). There was NOT any standing water nor mud two weeks ago in this spot, even after a weekend of rain. Now we have 20 feet of soft mud along the back edge of our pool in our planter. David Shipley FINALLY called my husband back today (after many messages being sent to him), and he says it’s not their problem and it’s probably coming from a neighbor’s yard?! I just spoke with Sherri in Customer Service and asked to speak with David’s supervisor, Linda Woldridge. Linda also doesn’t have a ‘direct’ phone number and she was ‘in a meeting in Plano’. I guess once Hobert Pools gets their money, it’s ‘out of sight, out of mind’ and they do NOT take responsibility for their mistakes? Not good customer service after the fact, for sure!!! I’ve documented all of this (photos and phone call log). Sadly I see litigation in our future!😔

We contracted with Hobert Pools of Rockwall in November to build a small pool. The dig date was to be the day after Thanksgiving.They didnt dig the pool until January 30th. Its March now and were still not a high priority with them.The lack of communication is the most frustrating thing. Promises that workers will be there and then nothing, or workers showing up with out notice. Watching good weather days pass by with no contact and then blaming the weather on no progress.Our dogs have been locked out of the backyard for 4 months now and were never sure when we can let them out; because we dont have any idea whats going on.Its kind of like waiting at the doctors office knowing that they think their time is more valuable than yours.

The service was quick and easy. Technician was honest and helpful. Very pleased with how was handled
