Robert came earlier to check out my AC. It was nice to have him back to check my heating. I appreciate the consistency of the same technician. . He completed the maintenance efficiently. He’s very personable answered all my questions.

Had a technician come out to inspect my AC unit that was not blowing cold air. The technician was nice and got the job done pretty quick. I was fairly certain the issue was due to the capacitor, but rather play it safe. The technician never informed me how much the capacitor would be until they handed me the invoice and told me that its what the price is. Never gave me the option to have them take the capacitor back and told me thats just how much it costs. Ive tried to contact One Hour Heating & Air multiple times, but only received one phone call back stating they would have to investigate the issue. Its been three weeks now and still not getting any information. Id highly recommend going with someone else and definitely not let them install a capacitor. Not including the $89.50 service fee, it will cost you $199. Only paid around $75 total for other companies and could buy almost 10 capacitors for that price (that include the 2 year warranty One Hour likes to throw around).

My AC went out on Sunday at 10:30, I called them and they had a tech at my house with in the hour. Tech was professional and did his best to get back running. He was able to get my system back up without having to replace any parts. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again for future upgrades I have planned.

They responded fast, were clean, they were efficient, helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us some information about air scrubbers that was very helpful, and since they sale and infallible them, gave us all the information about that as well. We are now looking at getting an air scrubber for our system based on the COVID-19 killing factor, their system is the only USDA approved air scrubber in the US, at this time. Their pricing is very reasonable on everything as well.

Ive used One Hour Heating & Air twice this year. In Feb, a coil went out on the inside unity and they replaced it very quickly! They even took care of getting the part directly from the manufacturer and gave me a lower cost than what the company the manufacturer was going to use to install it.In Aug., the outside A/C unit was not turning on. They came out shortly after I called and solved the problem within the hour. They double-checked the inside unit, then looked at the outside unit and found out that it was clogged. They offered me a great maintenance package that allows them to check both units, twice a year and price was amazing!Will use them for all my A/C and Heating issues in the future.

Came home from work to find that my AC was out - on a Friday night no less. Called Nathan at One-Hour and he sent his guy out that night. We discussed repair options, but since my unit is 20 years old, I went with a full replacement. At 9:00 a.m. the next morning Angel and his team were out here replacing the system. Great price, great service all around.

My air wasn’t blowing cold. The funny thing is I have had it off all the while because it was blowing heat. I hadn’t checked it since. Robert came and checked the unit . He told me to turn it on before he checked it to make sure we were checking the right one. It blew cold air and I was surprised. He hooked everything up and explained the numbers and reading. Im glad he checked it and very happy that nothing was wrong. I do need to replace the filter. 😂 Thanks for friendly fast service.

One Hour Heating & Air services has been great. Their annual maintenance agreement is reasonably priced, there service is great. I recieved text messages when it was time to schedule our maintenance. Our property is a rental and One Hour Heating worked well with our Tenante. They are professiona, good value for money, friendly and responsive.

I feel great about Roberts work to check our AC and verify everything was in perfect working order. He was quick and clean and now I appreciate his service. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

The workers showed up early and on time, they worked hard and stayed busy. Installation of the new A/C unit went well and it works great. The cost of the new unit and installation was fair.

Let me begin by saying that the VERY YOUNG man who came out was very nice, professional, polite, and seemed honest. With that said, I was first told that there was good news! The small part (I think the capacitor) was the issue. Then was told, sorry, no you need a new unit. I was left with a series of quotes ranging from $6,000 to $9,000. For the next 5 days (without downstairs AC), my husband researched, called around and was able to purchase a unit for a fraction of the cost. A family member contacted an AC repairman hed used before who came out to install it and quickly said, nope, no one tested the Capacitor - this unit is fine. My husband purchased a $15 part and AC cranked up like a charm. I dont want to accuse anyone of unethical practices, maybe the kid was just inexperienced, but bottom line is do your homework and get a 2nd opinion. Not saying they dont do good work - but be sure you actually NEED a new unit before paying that kind of money.

My master was not getting enough AC so these guys came out, found the initial installer when we built the house, used smaller ducts than what we needed. Also gave me two options for getting more air to the master. The guys were open, honest and I was not pressured into making a decision. Highly recommend.

We had an HVAC leak and the tech came out and said that he can not guarantee what the problem is and he can not even fix the one potential problem he sees. He then tried to charge us 129$ for the NOTHING he did. The only “solution” he offered is to LEAVE OUR AIR CONDITIONING OFF FOR TWO DAYS DURING THE TEXAS SUMMER HEAT!

The technician was brilliant and was eager to provide a high level of quality customer care. I have a Trane system that is still under warranty and the compressor has gone out. Typically when a system is covered by the factory warranty, the covered parts are replaced and you are charged a labor cost. The estimated labor cost was going to cost over 1,500, that seems to be the cost of a new system. I did not sense the desire of the company to recruit me as a new customer, but felt that this kind of pricing was attempting to take advantage of me as a customer. Although the technician was sincere and professional, I was not happy with the way that I was treated as a new customer. I could not recommend the company based on my current feeling, I was not taken care of!!

Home stopped cooling at 5pm on a Saturday. I called them and they had somebody first thing Sunday morning. No overtime fees and the tech took the time to show me the problem and explain everything well. I will definitely use them for any future maintenance and repairs.

Service Repair Tech was supposed to call to notify 30 mins out. Never called, just showed up. I was at work so nobody to answer door. Still no call. Service Repair Tech told operator Donna he tried to call 4 times and it went to VM, which was not true. Zero missed calls and had been watching my phone like a hawk due to urgent need for AC repair. Could’ve left a VM if call was missed but didn’t do that either. Could’ve had office try the phone, or leave a VM, text, smoke signal, anything, if he came out and was having issues w customer contact, if that was the issue. Called someone else to come out instead. Do not call this company for an urgent need.

This time lightning struck so close to the house that it destroyed a part in our outside unit and fried our Nest thermostat. The dispatcher (I cant remember her name at the moment) was wonderful as always. She always talks to me like Im a long time friend and truly cares. She had someone out there at a time that worked around an already planned dental emergency. He came out and was professional and friendly and once again was great with my skittish dog. He found the issues and talked me all the way through it and never once acted like because I was a woman I wouldnt understand. That has happened with other businesses in the past. They ask me if i want to call my husband so they can explain it to him. Not cool. Not this place though!. He was wonderful! Thank you again for saving the day!!!
