Delicious shakes and amazing customer service. Even my husband loves the shakes and he’s picky when it comes to protein shakes. Lots of great flavors to choose from!Not only that but they are so patient with my kids (they even added a bookshelf the kids can enjoy).

The shakes were delicious and fit in with my fitness diet perfectly. The peach tea with aloe was also yummy. The atmosphere and owners/service was fantastic! Definitely going back and definitely recommend!

This was my first visit to Rock On and I loved it! I took my 4 year old son in. He picked the Oreo shake and his words were “this is delicious!!” I got the chocolate caramel coffee shake. So good! The staff was so sweet and helpful on helping me choose the right drink. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to RockOn for awhile now! We mostly come in for an after workout meal replacement shake and my kids will have a banana shake. Now I have added the Pretty In Pink tea to my order. We are regulars and happy to support this nutrition team. They are super helpful in helping you decide and can tailor your order to your needs. I’m a salted caramel shake regular. My son and I stopped in after our workout at the Rockwall Planet Fitness and we were blown away. We loved the trendy vibe and the people. Honestly, I was shocked with the options. Their menu sounds like a dessert tray and the shakes tasted amazing. i wouldnt have believed it was so good for me if I hadnt seen it prepared in front of me. This is one local shop Rockwall people need to visit.
