There is not enough space here to explain how kind, decent and professional James is. Our door broke at 4:30 and in less than an hour we were back to normal after having the springs replaced. The prices are fair and inline with all the others we call. The upgrade is you get proper parts. I wont mention the last company that fixed broken springs for us just 2 years ago but they use shorter and inferior springs which is why they failed so quickly. When James pointed out the the springs were not the correct type needed I looked at the pole and you could see the indents from were the original springs were mounted and James was not trying to speak badly about the other company he was simply pointing out that he would be installing the correct springs and that they should last longer like the original springs that lasted 8 years. His honesty is deeply appreciated as is his quick response. The price Rockwall garage Door charged us was the same we were charged by the company that used inferior springs. If you want an honest man to work on your home and provide the correct parts then the only option in my opinion is to call Rockwall Garage Door and have James come out and do the work.
