I am so unimaginably grateful for Sharon. I had a deadline and a sizable order for a small shop. The shop I had lined up to do it ghosted me and everywhere else was super expensive due to my deadline. Sharon busted her butt to get my order done and has earned my business for as long as she is open.

We had another company fail to get 10 polo shirts embroidered on time for our National Tournament and so we figured wed give them a call. We dropped off ten shirts to have full names embroidered on back, our shop logo on front left chest and even some items embroidered on sleeves. We honestly figured just names was gonna be all that we could get done as this was dropped off on Tuesday morning and we flew out of town Thursday at 3:30pm, and so we waited..... On Thursday morning we called and were told they were done and ready to be picked up. We arrived to find out shirts amazingly stitched and in plenty of time and for a cost below what others had quoted us. We will definitely be using this business again for all our embroidery needs!

Excellent service and care is always given to my things! Sharon is a treasure and very easy to work with compared to other embroidery shops. Many local businesses and schools work with Sharon because her work is top-notch. I wont go anywhere else. :-)

Was very disappointed with my order. Was getting shirts made for my boys football homecoming game in Kansas and the shirts looks horrible. The screen print was the wrong color and they were missing his number and name on back. Asked for a refund and she got very defensive with my wife. I told my wife not to worry and leave and as she was leaving Sharon said God bless you She gonna get blessed also.... with a small claims lawsuit that it is.

I have my daughters back pack embroidered with her name every year at Embroidery and More. The owner is very friendly and helpful when finding the best placement and even mentioned that she had a new color of thread that matched exactly what my daughter was looking for. The price is very reasonable and we always enjoy visiting with the sweet little dog that welcomes customers from behind the counter.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Brand new pants that had to be embroidered. This place put the wrong name on the pants, realized this, inked in the wrong name with a black sharpie marker and re-embroidered over the top with the new name. They said they fixed it. It was ugly. They have no policies regarding making mistakes or to say they are not responsible for mistakes and if you leave your clothing with them and they mess up, its your problem to deal with. If you call to discuss with them, they will act defensive, hostile and will not offer to correct the problem because...yeah, they fixed it.
