She and her staff are always welcoming when you enter the boutique. The store is always warm and inviting. I will continue to shop here and I encourage others to shop here. It’s an awesome shopping experience. CCB is top shelf and a cut above the rest.

Great experience. I’ve consigned with them a few times and they’ve given me excellent service. The owner has been very kind and helpful every time I’ve visited her shop. And on top of that, the clothes are soo fashionable. They have clothing for teens and adults. One of the few shops that carry my shoe size (size 11). Would 100% recommend!

I personally know the owner of this boutique and shes amazing. Not only does she have an eye for fashion, she offers styling sessions so you can make the most of your visit. Shell fit you with a personalized outfit that will help you feel and look your best. Its best to call ahead for an appointment, though! She stays busy helping her customers and consignors. Totally chic, upscale, quaint little shop in Rockwall. It’s incomparable in comparison to what other consignment shops offer. Me and my daughter are in LOVE! We adore this spot and we live 45 minutes away. Still, we drive over at least three times a month to shop and grow our jean, shirt or seasonal collections. I’ve never gone in and not found something. She has everything and she’s warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. You must try this place. Need a nice bag, cute pair of shoes, evening wear? I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give you a zero rating I would. You basically stole my daughters prom dress. You told us you would give us a quote as to how much you would consign the dress for after you had someone look at it. We never heard from you. She finally called you inquiring about it. You said you had sent her a contract but you had her email wrong. So you took it down again, still you failed to inform us of how much you would consign the dress for. We called back asking you? You told her $25.00 for a dress we paid $400.00 for. You claimed just because it was 6 years old it wasnt worth much. You are wrong. We tried calling you back to say we didnt accept the consignment. You wouldnt pick up the phone. We sent a message back by email with the contract and then we called on a different line and you picked up. We told you we would pick the dress up by Saturday ( meaning today on the 12/15/2018) you said okay. This morning we got a call stating that you sold the dress. I was upset because we told you we were picking the dress up. You were rude and told me she could pick the her money next month and hung up. Now my daughter is 8 mos pregnant. Her due date is around the time you want her to pick up her money. I tried calling you back you wouldnt pick up. Still $25.00 for a 400.00 dress is a rip off. We got in our car and drove over there. Stopping at the police station to make a report first just for our records. I came in and talked to you. You were rude and told me that you dont have to give people a price you are going to sell their items for that it is up to you and that once you take the item basically the person doesnt have a choice. Well that is no way to run a business and you are a liar. I have done consignment before and no one does that! However if that is how you are running your shop then I would say to everyone BEWARE! You told me that you had called the police I said that was fine I had already been there. You said if you dont leave I am going to call the police. I told you I thought you had already called the police. Oh well I have. Right! You are a liar. You lied about my daughters dress. You took it, you sold it without giving her a price for it. I think you sold it for more than $50.00. This is the dress we are talking about. Worn once. If it was a dress that had been worn over and over again I could see not getting much for it. My daughter was selling this dress to help her buy a car seat for her unborn child and if she got enough a stroller. Yes we are taking you to small claims court because its the principal of the matter. You dont take advantage of people.

EVERYTIME I go I’m greeted with such joy! The staff and the owner make shopping more fun and they always have your best interest! Highly recommend to ANYONE shopping in rockwall or even if you’re just passing through! You will not regret shopping here!! My shopping experience was AMAZING!! I bought two designer bags and a host of jewelry. The owner is Phenomenal!! She is prompt, she is kind, courteous, she is very nice. I have called the store several times and she has always picked up and or returned my call. I often call to watch for Louis Vuitton bag arrivals. I highly recommend Consignit Couture Boutique. I see so many people who come from Tyler, TX and other people from out of town to shop here. Its my new spot.

Very difficult to communicate with the owner. She never answers her phone which is her cell phone... I asked for my items back and she said she would gather them and call me to pick up. I’ve never heard from her. A friend of mine had the exact same experience. Not a fan and won’t be going back. She’s nice when you drop off your items but after that kind of a scam... I also should have a check waiting for me but again can’t get her to answer her phone.

Stopped in shop after visiting Charlies Burger & Tacos. Very friendly staff, found amazing dress for wife and a jacket I probably should have purchased. This is a must stop by spot whenever Im in Rockwall again. Wish they had some mens suits but overall, a great experience.

My family and I are long standing residents in the Rockwall community. I love this boutique. From entering and being greated by the owner and staff to all of the magnificent pieces that are offered at a very reasonable price, you will not be disappointed!! I havent ever sold anything through consignment before, but I was needing some extra money, and thought maybe I should try it. I was apprehensive but the owner was so kind and made me feel comfortable. She assured me that she would check with me first, about my high-end items. Everytime an offer came in, she would call me. I had been ambivalent about selling a couple things and was feeling vulnerable. I did not feel any pressure. Actually, I decided against selling something and she encouraged me to keep it. I read a review on here and it saddens me because the owners character is being attacked. She has been amazing and someone Id trust with my kids and consider as a friend. She had her opportunities to take advantage or lie to me. She left an awesome corporate job to follow her dreams. Ya gotta love a woman who loves helping women. Kimberly Rumczikas-Baxter

I drove a long way to get here during open hours. If you claim to be open until 5:30 PM you should be open at 4 PM. Otherwise, change your hours that you have posted. I’m pretty irritated at having wasted so much of my time.
