Had to replace all my wood floors. Went to several places. Chose PK-Rockwall due to their honest pricing and prompt replies to all my questions before ordering. That prompt level of service was maintained all the way through my redo. I know a lot of ratings critics say ignore the 5 star posts. All I can say is that my level of service was outstanding. That to me means five stars.

Pk Floors did a tile and hardwood repair after I had a slab leak. They did an excellent job and you cant even tell where the repair was made. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, showed up when scheduled, cleaned up after the work was done, were polite and courteous.

Highly recommend PK Floors!! They did an outstanding job for replacing over 2,200 sq feet of tile and carpet with new wood flooring. From the time we randomly stopped in the store in Rockwall a few weeks ago and Sheila took the time to help us understand the pros/cons of various options and general pricing, to Patrick for being flexible and providing what we think was a fair/good price (we did get multiple bids), to Martin and his entire crew for doing an outstanding job. We could not be happier and are very pleased with the outcome.

Very brilliantly beautiful porcelain tile! The men PK sent to install our tile flooring were true craftsmen. They did an awesome job! Second time using PK for a project. This time a full master bath remodel. Shiela is great helping pick out materials in the showroom. Candace brought great design ideas. Dennis and Martin are great supers, very communicative. We had a couple minor slip ups at the start, which they immediately fixed, no pushbacks or quarrels. Very, very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about PK floors. They did an amazing job with the tile and wall behind our stove top. It looks absolutely amazing (pic before final touch up below). Easy to work with, flexible, good value and delivered as promised in a timely fashion. It was a difficult situation as they had to remove/repair previous work that had been poorly done by another contractor and they handled it professionally. The whole team is friendly and put a priority on the job. Once measurements were taken and fabrication complete, it only took them a couple hours to tear out the old countertops, install the new granite and clean up.Fast and professional!! I’ve used PK Floors in my residence for multiple projects. They’ve got a fantastic team, experienced crews, and they’re family owned and operated. Patrick is a great guy to work with. Other than her great personality and our similar taste (which made my experience so much fun!) Everything about our experience with PK Floors was seamless! I was so worried about tile take out due to the amount of dust it creates but Candace suggested out sourcing a special kind of machinery that will prevent dust, and I was so happy we decided to do that (cost a little bit over $700, but money well spent especially if you have kids) we did not see any dust! And the workers were so good at cleaning up after they were done.Candace was always available for questions and followed up with me even when she was on vacation. Since we moved to Rockwall 4 years ago our experience with contractors has been less than satisfying. So when we were looking to get our floors done it was very stressful. We couldnt be happier with our recent bathroom remodel done by PK Floors Plus in Rockwall! They had someone here working every day - none of that where are they? - you can get with some contractors. The job was done in a timely manner, (started Dec 3, finished Jan 11- including Christmas and a week we were sick with the flu!), everyone was polite and friendly, they cleaned up their mess and did anything asked. So glad I walked into PK Floors Plus that day! They took care of everything - start to finish. Our new bathroom is the envy of everyone!

Patrick and his staff were incredible! We had a very large project of putting in porcelain tile throughout our entire home. In the middle of the install his team noticed a foundation issue and immediately stopped the project and found us a great foundation co. After a 5 week delay, Patrick’s team returned to finish the project. The flooring and installation was top notch. Install team was punctual, easy to work with, and final clean up was excellent. At the conclusion of the project Patrick came out personally to inspect and get our final approval. My wife and I can’t thank PK Floors enough for their help!

Patrick and his crew did and excellent job. They removed the old vinyl flooring in our kitchen, nook and laundry room and replaced it with porcelain tile. The removed our old fiberglass shower and replaced it with a beautiful tile shower. Mario did an amazing job removing the old shower without damaging our existing wallpaper and crown moldings. The new shower is beautiful. All of the subcontractors (tile, plumbing, electrical and glass) were excellent. They always arrived on time and strived to keep disruption to a minimum. All work (except the glass which could not be sized until the shower was completed) was done in 1 week. We are very pleased with the end result.

Candace and Patrick were awesome to work with. I would say Im more meticulous than most people. But they exceeded my expectations. Had the product installed in the time frame promised and it turned out outstanding. Without a doubt I would highly recommend for any flooring needs

Patrick is a really nice guy. I did enjoy doing business with him. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5, is the follow up service. Patrick and his team came in and did the work ahead of schedule. Very much appreciated. One thing I would recommend, put up plastic to keep down the debris and particles from the demolition. After the shower remodel, we noticed some cracking in the grout. No big deal. Informed Patrick and he had his guys come out in a timely manner to fix the issue. The downside, they laid the wrong color grout down. I contacted Patrick, he said he would have someone come correct it, havent heard from him since. That was 3 months ago. Final thoughts, subpar service. Not bad, but not great.

We didnt have to lift a finger.Here are the facts...PKs- Removed all furniture from rooms, even furniture that had to be taken apart- Removed all existing carpet- Thoroughly cleaned floors- Laid new wood floors- laid quarter round- Moved all furniture back into rooms exactly where it was before, put large beds back together, etc.- Did it all in two daysOTHER QUOTES- No furniture removal/replacement (additional cost)- estimated 3 day install- extra cost for quarter round.The best part... I hired PKs Floor USA by recommendation of my realtor upon purchasing a new home. We had PKs replace about 700 sq ft of carpet with wood flooring. There was existing wood floors so it was important to us to have the new wood match the existing floors. Candace worked with me both in PKs showroom and by also bringing samples to the house to match up. When the installation began, she halted her crews and contacted me (I was at work during the installation) because she had concerns that the flooring shipped from the factory was slightly darker than the samples, giving me time to come home after work to look myself before proceeding. I was so impressed that she went, on her own initiative, to check the install and stopped the process to make sure I would be happy with what was being laid down. We proceeded with the install and I could not be happier. Not only does the new flooring look spectacular, but it matches the existing flooring almost perfectly. The installers, when finished, completely cleaned everything up, including taking away the old carpet, not just leaving it at my curbside like other flooring companies have done to me in the past. You cant go wrong hiring the professionals at PKs Floor USA!!

After the job was done my home which is a Manufactured home settled a little from the rain we have been getting. That caused some planks to separate a little in one area. We looked around for a long time to find the perfect floors. We settled with Floor USA because they had what we were looking for at a price we couldnt pass up compared to other flooring companies. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The installation is terrible and were left several bad scrapes and nicks in our wood flooring and extra space between some of the planks. I know this isnt the norm because weve had two other companies install wood flooring in our other houses and they came out perfectly! Its just bad workmanship!

We saw some negative reviews posted before Patrick Kelley assumed ownership of PKs Floor USA which caused us some concern initially, but our experience with the company was entirely positive. We met Patrick in the showroom, and he was able to provide the exact product we were looking for within minutes. We chose a ceramic tile for a pet room that closely resembles the hand-scraped wood floor we used in a nearby hallway. The installation was estimated to take two days, but was done in only one! The installers were very courteous and professional, worked hard until the job was done, and left no mess behind. We were so impressed with Patrick that we didnt get a competing quote, but the price seemed reasonable, and the floor turned out great! We will go to them again when we replace additional flooring in the near future.

I was shopping for three consecutive weeks for hardwood flooring in my home. I am a very meticulous individual and try to cover all my bases from start to finish especially when doing a large project such as this. I thought I had made my decision until I stumbled upon Floor USA In Rockwall. I was met at the door by a friendly young man named Louis. After browsing the showroom I noticed they had the product I was looking for and asked for a quote. To make a long story short I was given Great customer service, a Great Price, and most importantly the installation was Great! Since then Ive referred two of my close friend and received two generous referral checks in return. I would strongly recommend Floor USA to anyone who asked!

We went with PKs over a few other options we had in the local Rockwall area, and couldnt be happier with the decision. We saved a lot of money on the same product/services their competition offers, but didnt sacrifice on service or quality of work. Patrick and Candice were both very helpful from the initial quote process throughout the installation and final payment process. Also, their crew was able to remove 1,300+ sq ft of carpet and pad, then install new pad (with vapor barrier) and new carpet in about seven hours... We were very impressed. By far the worst flooring experience I have ever had. Extremely poor workmanship, installation, communication, etc. I experienced the same things as others have commented on in their reviews. The final installation was awful. I had to fight for months, providing pictures and documentation to a third company, to get a portion of my money back. Even though this company has changed ownership, it is still run by the same individual I dealt with who mishandled every part of this experience.

My home flooded while I was out of town and had destroyed the entire downstairs flooring. I lived on concrete for months, unable to make a decision about replacement- I only knew I wanted hardwood but could not make up my mind about style, color, installation, etc.... The salesman, Patrick (found out later he is actually the owner of this location- PKs Floor USA) was very patient about my indecisiveness and really listened to my concerns and questions without being that pushy salesman type and making me feel pressured to go beyond my budget. Once Id decided on a product he recommended, Patrick came out and measured that same night- I was not home from work until 9pm but that was fine with him and he was in and out in in only 20 min after measuring and advising on the direction of the planks and other logistics I hadnt thought of. The flooring came in 3 days later and was installed the day after that. When the installers noticed an irregularity in sheen level with a few of the cases of planks, they called Patrick to come take a look before finishing the install. Patrick called me at work to let me know he was not completely satisfied with the appearance and had the installers remove several hours worth of installation while more product was being delivered. Even with the delay, the installers stayed late until the floor was completed and did an amazing job! The flooring and baseboards looked great, furniture was put exactly as it was and everything was clean. I cant help but think that another company would have probably ignored a minor irregularity and tried to pass it off as expected. Im so impressed with the professionalism of this business that Ive recommended PKs Floor USA to several friends who have reported the same satisfaction. Ive also scheduled a measure for my kitchen back-splash after seeing the beautiful tile on display and looking at some post installation photos, very excited!

Absolutely terrible installation and service. The didnt install the way we had discussed. The product was coming up within weeks of installation. It took way to long to get them out to fix it, I have that scheduled again. They no-showed on the first appt to fix my issues. Didnt even apologize aobut it when I called the Installation Mgr the following day. They dont return phone calls when they promise they will. I had to follow up with them for my referral money for my neighbor who also had a terrible experience with them. I still have yet to be refunded for the unused product that I returned to them months ago. They refuse to refund ANY money to me for my issues.

If I could give less than zero I would. We started a year ago with this company and have just given up. From exceedingly poor installation, lies from the owner Patrick and his manager Mike, we are still left with carpet where the seams don’t match. They have been ripped out twice and replaced, Patrick came to check the carpet after the last installation, could clearly see they didn’t match up and never heard from him again. That was six months ago.

Worst experience I have had so far since updating my home!! The showed up late left early (left a worker at my home with no tools for over 7 hours) and then came back and worked until 8:30 pm. The base boards look like a child on drugs in the dark reapplied them in haste!! The threshold was not addressed and the hand scrapped wood floor was exposed and the door was impossible to open and close. The stone harth was stained and the wood was poorly scribed. The person who I paid and came to my home was contacted, and I informed them about the poor quality of the work, did not apologize and charge me the full amount prior to correcting the issues.. Once I placed a stop on the charges and many phone calls I got most of the things fix not all and it was a painful and very inconvenient ordeal.
