Staff was great. Reason for the 3 condition of vehicle. Truck is dirty, especially the bed gonna have to wash it out. And not saleswoman fault in dirty ness, she took it back for a second cleaning.I also don’t like the fact that I have to pay money out of my pocket and time to fix what looks like to me, a forklift fork dent… maybe 4” wide and 2 “ deep dent in my back fender. Big dent with bare metal showing.
I went with the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in mind and had done a ton of research before coming to the dealership. Brad helped me select the exact trim I wanted, and had me in and out within a couple of hours. By far the fastest and easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. A fair price on my trade in too!
I searched dealers across the DFW area and inventory levels were all very low however Rockwall had multiple models and trim packages to choose from. I had to drive 20 miles out but definitely worth it. The service level from Colton and team was exceptional.

Don’t bother using a coupon. They request you bring in your 10% off coupon while they write up repairs and services. There’s a reason for this. When my truck broke down I did not have that service coupon with me. It had a max value of $200 off which I would have been pleased to receive on a $2500 bill. Upon checkout the service advisor that I was working with was not there. So when i presented the coupon the other advisor said “I think she already gave you the 10% off, let me call and find out.” She attempted to point at the receipt nervously to show me the 10% but it’s no where on there. That’s because they lied. Why would any business rightfully give away $200 towards a service? It makes no sense to do so. They ask you to present the coupon before the service so that the price can inflated to offset the loss of the 10%. Which is a terrible practice. Upon picking up my truck I noticed my belongings rummaged through. My dash cam was both removed and unplugged from my windshield. Crates in my back seat where I keep tools were flipped on their side. I appreciate the convenience of having a dealer so close but I will take my work elsewhere because trust is more important to me.
10 out of 10 on customer service! I drive an hour to come get my car serviced, so if that doesn’t tell you what an excellent job they do. Kane is very thorough and explains everything to you. He also checks in with you several times to inform you the status of your vehicle. And Shanna did an incredible job servicing my car and is super nice! Great customer service and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the two of them!

My Jeep was ready to go in a reasonable time frame. I appreciated Michael taking the time to answer my questions and felt valued as a customer. I was greated promptly and told them what I was there for a d presented a coupon for oil changes a d 10% off service that day. They kept my vehicle longer than promised, said they had to source a part. I was okay with that, because it was my birthday. However, when I came to pick up my vehicle it was, sign here, sign here, place your card there and here is your key. No review of invoice, no explanation of services and I was overcharged and no 10% discount. I was charged service for replacement of 2 fuel filters, my vehicle only has 1. I see now that I can buy that filter from the parts counter for $59.10, yet I was charged $102.75. Previously to this experience I had only visited the dealership in Rockwall for oil changes.
I was there with a small challenge and Paige Simms assisted me. My part was quickly ordered and Paige kept me informed via text and call. I came in this morning and was greeted with a smile and give me your keys and we will get started. She retook my info and in a few minutes I was out the door.
We found a great car here! They were very easy to work with and not pushy. Colton took great care of us! A couple days after we bought the car, the battery died. We let them know and they said they’d be happy to replace it for us!
I am leaving this review from mine and my husbands horrific experience at this dealership.My husband brought our 2014 dodge charger RT with only 64k miles on it, in for a factory recall on the passenger side airbag in April. I then went in for surgery the following week and was under my husbands care for several months. I was bedridden for almost a month and had several post-op visits so our car remained parked for months.When my husband picked our car back up, the radio would go out and not turn back on. We brought it to the dealerships attention and they basically shrugged their shoulders and said it was a coincidence. We talked to corporate (after the dealership gave us the incorrect number the first time we requested it) and everyone in between to no satisfaction. We finally spoke with the GM. At first I thought he was going to help us make this right because we didnt break it, never had a single problem until we stopped it off, however, he began to get rude and snide and told my husband hes a liar and were not his customers. My husband had it on speakerphone. My husband had to remind him that by buying a Dodge product, were ALL his customers. The GM basically told my husband that the radio was a greater priority than my after surgery care because it took us months to be able to get the car back in for diagnostics, he said getting the car in was more important. . We took it home, parked it and it didnt move for months so there was no way for us to know about the issue. If youre looking for a caring dealership with great customer service, I HIGHLY suggest to look elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here.

Walked on the lot at 4 40 pm and Nelson was there within 2 minutes. Gave me the run down on the TRX as well as the rebel and within 20 min, I had made my decision. He was helpful every step of the way and really made the transaction delightful. 20 stars for Nelson.
It was a very easy process. Not to bad on price but after the sale they detailed my truck and me and the sales guy went to look over the truck we noticed there was no floor mats. I could tell he was more interested in getting another sale for the night but he told me to stop in and he would grab some. Well I stopped in and got the run around. A week later and being told they would call me still no floor mats. Spending 50k isnt the same anymore I guess.
Erica Nemeck in the service department was the most patient, helpful, considerate person we have ever had to deal with. We had the biggest problem with our extended warranty and she took worked tirelessly to help us get a transmission for our car. I hope we never have any more car problems, but if we do we will bring it to Erica. Your service department should be commended.
This to me is by far the best Dodge service center in the area. I have gone to Dallas Dodge Service and have had multiple horrible experiences. Rockwall Dodge fixed all the issues and did it in a timely manner. Went in for an oil change. Tire rotation and state inspection and was in and out fairly quickly.
Amanda was amazing to deal with. She was very responsive and got us exactly what we needed. The entire process once we arrived to the dealership was smooth and not time consuming.
Let me say this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. From the first to the last interaction we had with James Brown our experience was laid back and seemless. If I could post a negative review I would. The service rep went dark after I agreed to do $1100 in work. Never responded again. Then when I checked back after a week the “new” rep said they would find the status of my vehicle and call me back. After waiting an hour and a half with no response I called back. Rep acted like they had never said they would call me back and that my vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up and found out one of the recalls was waiting on parts. The only reason I use this service department after repeated bad visits, is it’s the only Ram dealership within an hour of me. The hour drive to another dealership looks more and more appealing to me…..

I came in to get some nuts taken off my wheels & a rotation. The wait was terrible but its a really nice waiting room w/ snacks, ICE CREAM, water & coffee. I was really comfortable. Paige give GREAT service. Ill be back soon.
ZERO Stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Went looking for my sons first car. Should be an enjoyable experience. 2 cars in the price range on their website. Drive to the dealership. Both cars are going to auction and not for sale. For good reasons though. However, I said thats bait and switch. Have car online, but dont have the car for sale. Some employee who was not helping us, yells at me sir do you know the definition of bait and switch?. Dude you lost a customer forever. This is bait and switch and I have seen it many times. My fault for not calling first. Your fault for being an @$$#@!#! You dont yell at customers. Horrible just horrible. Inspect your cars before advertising them for sale. I will never associate with this dealership or any related to this one. Stay away from this TOXIC SHADY dealer.

Worst “attempted” purchasing experience EVER!Zero stars! Long read…. But worth it!1. A few weeks ago I did online chat inquiring about a specific car. Received a text message back from my sales rep. Sales rep was very unwilling to “do the work” to help me find a Jeep with the specific features I wanted. (Namely vented seats). For that reason and his unwillingness to help I stopped looking at this dealership.2. Looked online at this dealership again (because lack of inventory all over) and found a Jeep that I was interested in. Connected with a new sales rep who was very helpful, Kevin. My thought was “Awesome… someone who wants to help and provide good customer service, WIN!”. Nope!This dealership is a total smoke show! Let me explain…Dealership received a trade-in yesterday. The helpful sales rep called and told me about the car being received and that I could come and look at it but it had not been through service or inspection yet. He verbalized the cost was $38,000. My husband and I drove 45 miles (same day) to come see that specific car after we received the call. On the way to the dealership we looked on their website and found that the Jeep was on the website listed at $36,000. (We took a screenshot of the $36k listing) Same VIN number the exact same car… another WIN! We were happy with the car… no damage, test drove great!Once we made the decision we were going to purchase the car (after about 30 minutes) we showed the sales rep the time and date stamped image (taken 50 minutes prior) of the sales price of $36,000. To which he said “if that’s what the price says online that’s what it is.” Great! Let’s do this!Sales rep went to finance manager and GM of the dealership who both argued the price saying that there must’ve been a system glitch. 🤔 They (GM) would not honor the price of $36,000, they did not give us the respect to personally come over and speak to us, they were not willing to negotiate on price, They did not apologize, they basically said we were lying. I will add picture of the time stamped photo here.So what happened?? They literally changed the price online WHILE WE WERE SITTING THERE!!! 😳 We pulled up website after they refused and denied and of course it was now showing $38,000. What a joke!I will never do business with shady people! I refuse to give them my money… Even IF I really wanted that car! So disrespectful. I own a company. We strive to provide the best customer service to our clientele. I would never treat someone with such lack of decency.**I have NEVER written a google review but felt this was necessary.EDIT: to respond to your comment.Yes, I drove to to your dealership to look at the Jeep priced verbally to me at $38,000 that is correct.We were OK with that price… that is not the problem! If you had come to speak with me face to face and explain (or even apologize) for the error we would be having a different conversation. I would have honestly bought the Jeep. Instead, I received accusations of lying about something we had proof of. No acknowledge of the “system error” except a “print out of pricing” (Again, I have attached a screenshot time stamped at 5:54pm on 9/23/21) for $36,000 and no willingness to try and make it right Or meet in the middle. That is bad business and no way to treat people. I will be purchasing a Jeep, but it will be with a reputable dealer. It’s unfortunate. Also, let it be noted you still haven’t apologized… and then still had the audacity to ask for my business in your comment.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and Service advisor didn’t mention that I needed other work done. I got the message via text after I left. I would of liked to discussed it while I was there. Now I’ll have to call.
Service department was very courteous when I checked in my 2020 dodge ram 3500 for fuel filters changed and tire rotation, but evidently the technician that did the rotation didnt understand air pressure psi for steer and drive tires. I asked for 80 psi steer and 65 psi drive tires, but received near 80 at 78 psi steer and 60 psi drive tires also valve stems on duels were not staggered.

Great car buying experience. We were in and out of the dealership very quick. Leslie was great to work with. Manager stopped by and checked in on us also during the process, it was a nice touch.
Took 2 hours for an oil change, which is acceptable if it’s busy, or if a runner needs to grab a filter.There were 3 people in the waiting area when I came in and they were all gone within 25-30 minutes of my arrival and no one new came in. The service staff were mostly sitting around talking to each other inside. They were friendly enough, but there was no communication about the time at all until I came back to ask an hour and 20 minutes later, I was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later no one said anything and I went out to look for the service advisor, she walked out when I came in, I went to look for my car, wasn’t in any of the bays, and there were only two workers visible. They brought my car out suddenly as though they forgot to tellMe it was ready until I showed up, which likely wasn’t the case but it appeared that way. Communication would’ve went a long way in making it a better experience. I understand if I would’ve been told up front about the expected time, or if I would’ve been given an excuse about being short on workers etc. you can make more money but you can’t make more time, so I’d rather you waste my money than my time.
My sales rep Sal was great. He helped looked nm for a truck in my price range and didnt purposely show me anything that I couldnt afford. He also kept in constant communication through text but sending me trucks to see instead of making it an all day process at the truck lot. Very determined to make sure I got the truck I fell in love with at the payment price I was comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Sal or any sales rep to get you into the vehicle of your dreams.

My salesperson was Sidney and she was extremely friendly and easy to work with! She is new at car sales and we were actually her very first sale! She has a very bright future ahead of her and Rockwall Dodge should be proud to have her on board!! The sales manager Chris was fantastic! Not pushy at all and honestly seemed like he wanted our business and not just our money. They got us in and out extremely fast! Once we decided on a truck, the entire process took maybe 2hrs! Did not even want to give them a one star rating. Of course it may have been a salesman problem. After working with Salvador (Sal) Murillo all day and he told me I was good to go with the Jeep I was looking at and drove 2 hours (which he knew would take me) . Pull into the dealership (8:30pm) for him to call me and tell me that it was sold. Now I know how the sales business works…. My family was in it for years but this was the worst. When he called me an hour into my drive and asked me my eta what he should have said is that someone else is looking at it so you may not want to drive any further. Completely lack consideration for the drive I was making to do business with him. So my advice to the salesman is don’t just be a salesman but be one with good customer service. And now I have the problem of letting them pull my credit so it dropped and did not come home with anything.
I had my 55,000 mile service done which included tire rotation and oil change. My adviser, Courtney made sure to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. He was very friendly. I only had to wait about an hour, so I was pleased with the wait time. However, when I got back into my car after they were finished, I noticed my front driver side floor (carpet matt) was covered in what looked like black oil. So I will have to bring my car somewhere to have the carpet shampooed and cleaned. Next time I will make sure they put paper down to keep my carpet matt clean. That’s the only complaint I have from this visit.
Unfortunately, this is my second new truck from Rockwall Dodge in 3 months due to a red light runner totaling the first one.Ive leased both trucks from Nelson and he will be the person I look for down the road as well! Hes patient, kind and determined to find exactly what youre looking for and attempts to find it at all costs (even took his GMs truck for me to have!) Even when I thought a vehicle he found was out of my price range, he suggested we take a look anyway and what do you know, it worked out for me!Additionally, I got to spend some time speaking with the GM of this dealership and by our conversation, I can see why the team really enjoys working for him. I would. On my last purchase, the employees had an all out Nerf gun war...awesome!!Ill make the road trip from McKinney to come there again for my next vehicle and I hope Nelson is still there!!

This is by far the best place to buy a car! I have dealt with multiple employees from the service department to the sales department, and everyone is super nice and attentive. If you are looking to buy I highly recommend a young lady by the name of Destinee! She’s awesome!!! Very patient and extremely caring to your needs, although I showed up 10 mini before they closed she made sure I got all my questions answered.

While they do not have mark ups, they charge $3000 for the add ons like nitrogen filled tires (free at Costco), window tint ($200 worth), and a worthless paint/interior protection plan. Take your business elsewhere.

They were personable and made the process quick and simple to drive off in a new truck.My only complaint with the process at Rockwall Dodge came with the surprise that they charge an additional $2,500 on top of the sale price for their protection package that includes protection against interior and exterior damage, and theft. While the package has benefits, it is not optional, and I felt that it was misleading not to include that pricing in the sales price since it is a required package on all their vehicles. However, that was out of Kevin and Shirley’s control and I appreciated the care that they put into our transaction.

If I could give 2.5, I would as I am on the fence with this dealership service department. This was my third time using them and I feel the customer service has declined with each visit. In my opinion customer service is vital especially when I am spending a few hundred to get things fixed. I understand COVID has delayed parts and rental cars are non-existent. But what does this have to do with keeping the customer updated. Especially when you asked them to call you if the part did not come in.After a week I did get my Jeep back and I thankfull for that. However, Im not sure I will go back to this dealership for service.
Rockwall Dodge had the truck Iwas looking for. The young lady that assisted me was very professional. The price was competitive and acceptable. No haggling. My only complaint was that they did not offer me a fair price on my trade. (that was to be expected). But overall I please with the experience.

Mechanic was great but had to go back and forth with service advisor to get my transmission service, due to it being a Manual she kept saying they do not do manuals until she asked a mechanic.Other than that good service hopefully next time will be smoother.

Worst experience ever. Bought a ram truck about a year ago. We have tried to cancel the extended warranty that they lied about the coverage that we would receive. We have been trying to cancel the warranty thru Rockwall Dodge four three months and they cannot follow thru or help with our request. Don’t buy a warrant with them or do business with them.

I understand repairs don’t always go to plan, but this was for a known Jeep recall, not an actual issue.We called in advance, made an appointment, gave VIN numbers, and double checked timelines. We were told it might be ready Saturday, otherwise it would be Monday. We made sure work schedules allowed us to be down a car for the length of time needed. On Monday we had to call to check the status, no one reached out. That’s when we were told the parts had only been ordered that morning. The parts they knew they would need, for a VIN number they had been given, for a car that had already been there for over an entire shift. We were told it would be ready Tuesday. Spoiler: it was not.The only redeemable customer service move they made was getting us a rental at an Enterprise that’s actually close to us. And even that took the kindness and compassion of Carey, as previous representatives had preferred to argue and belittle. (Thank you, Carey!!!)When we did walk in to get it, the salespeople ignored us completely. It was pure luck that got is there just as the service department closed, only to find they neglected to send the paperwork to the front desk. Turns out, they had lost the paperwork entirely. It took 3 different people to find it. When we got the keys to get it (no need for anyone else to get it, it was right there), we found it entirely unlocked.We will not be returning.
This is my second time coming here and Im much happier with this experience than the first. Maria Guzmán is so sweet and informative and not at all pushy! It was really comforting having someone who wasnt forcing me to consider one thing or another.
DO NOT purchase from here. They sold my family a truck with FIVE recalls, told us not to worry because they would take care of it.....they did not. Additionally, they sold us a truck and replaced the sliding window between the bed and the cab with a plexiglass window and did not disclose it upon the sale. Again, we were told they would make it right....they did not. Unsure if they are so shady they’re trying to pull one over on their customers or if they just don’t check their vehicles before selling them to customers, either way drive a town over and take your money to a dealership that will give you what you pay for.

I took my son to get a 2021 Dodge Challenger in February. The salesman was very nice and went over everything. We had 10k to put down so was only financing 24k, but during the financing part, the guy added a dent protection plan, an extended warranty, and a service plan without my knowledge. My dad and my son were with me, and we all left thinking I had financed 24k, but the next day I was looking at the contract and it was over 28k! I called and told them to cancel everything immediately and it’s now been over 6 weeks and the refund to my loan has not been processed. The finance guy (Martin) lied and when I called to ask about it and said he had to add those things to secure a low interest rate. I thought In was thorough when I went through everything with the salesman, I was not expecting to get tricked while signing the paperwork. It was all digital, so I never even saw the things he added. If you decide to do business with them, stay away from Martin and look over your paperwork multiple times.As of today, April 16th, I still have not been credited the refund on my loan. It has been over 2 months. So I’m essentially paying interest on products that I did not want. I’ve called multiple times only to hear that it’s processing. It’s frustrating to say the least.

You expressed that a kit should have been given to me at the time of purchased. There was no kit received for paint protection nor for the leather/vinyl protection received or issued.Product disappointed ResistAll NG2, which is an add-on that the General Manager refused to remove. A cost of $695.00, I havent even owned my vehicle a full year and the paint protection coating has already failed, I have swirl markings on the clear coat of my entire vehicle and insect residual that wont come off the front bumper. Very disappointed with paint protection. For the cost of the product, I would expect the protection to last longer than a year to say the least. Could of spent that money on a lot better paint protection system.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience buying my dream Jeep Wrangler. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything and I was offered what I wanted for my trade in. They worked with my not so stellar credit and got me exactly what I wanted in the payment range I wanted. The staff was so kind and upfront about everything. I drive over an hour because of their great Jeep Wrangler selection and I’m sure glad I did!

Purchased a preowned Dodge Ram 1500 on Saturday 4/17. Took it home and over the weekend the low washer fluid and the engine light came on. Stop by to see them on Tuesday and they took the vehicle in right away. They end up replacing the two bad sensors. Quick service to take care of customer.
You cant beat the prices at Rockwall CJDR! Matt Crumbley was my salesperson and I couldnt have been more pleased with him. He worked hard to get as much of the process done over the phone and internet prior to my arrival. He is knowlegable, easy to understand, and friendly. Caleb, in finance, was awesome as well. He was fast and friendly and made sure I got the best interest rate available. Matt, as well as Chris, the internet manager have both contacted me since buying my truck to make sure I love it and see if I have any questions.

Went to this dealership because the salesman was on preferred contact list at my credit union. Unfortunately it ended up being the same old run around. I told the salesman the vehicle I wanted and even gave him the stock number. So then what was supposed to be 20-30 minutes for an appraisal for my trade-in turned into a lot longer and I had to go looking for my salesman. Then what was supposed to be 2 minutes to get the financial numbers again turned into longer and had to go get the key for my current vehicle back and left. I later received the financial numbers from the salesman by text but it was on a different vehicle. I never received the numbers for the stock number I originally gave the salesman. I would not recommend this dealership.
I remember the days when sales people use to bombard you trying to sell you a car. These days u cant get any help. Ive been looking to buy a vehicle for 3 months now. I have been to 2 different Jeep dealers and no help. Noone speaks, noone stops to ask if I need anything. They pass right by me. Do I need to dress up to show I have money? I have 760 credit score and a business owner. This is ridiculous!!

I should have listened to my gut and realized something was off when the first thing my sales person did was ask for my drivers license and the key to my trade. Before I had even seen the truck I was interested in! Long story short. Be careful. These guys use the usual tricks like leaving you waiting for long periods to wear you down and any discount from MSRP they take back with dealer add-ons that youd probably be better off without. I wont buy another vehicle from them and recommend anyone else proceed with caution.A. I never asked to test drive the truck. Id driven a couple others and didnt expect this one to be any different.B. I do love the truck. Unfortunately that is to my detriment. Id have been thinking more clearly if this wasnt just what I wanted. The cost of the lift and tires wasnt the issue. I wanted that. It was all the other stuff yall added that I couldnt care less about and didnt fully realize how much you charged me for until reviewing the paperwork the next day. Hence my advice to others to proceed with caution.
