Im not a fan of this location. The first time I went here it took forever for them to check us out. There were 3 people behind the counter where the balloons are and nobody at the registers. One girl was blowing up balloons, the other was taking a really long time to help 1 guest, and then a manger came to help her. Not one time did they acknowledge any of us standing in line waiting. The second time was a little better, but they need to do some coaching with their people. I understand we are all short-handed at times, but a little kindness and communication goes a long way. Dont make us feel like were an inconvenience. You can do better.

Store could be cleaner. Needs updating. Usually has some of the things I need. When ordering balloons, the Firewheel location is usually better.

Very nice staff. The store was a little busy when we went but they were friendly, greeted very fast and offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. It was easy to find the things we were looking for, as well.

Called before I went it because I needed specialty 30 balloons in a rush. When I arrived, the associate had them all blown up for me! Fast service and friendly employees.

I went to pick up a Happy birthday balloon. The store was not very stocked as some aisles were not stocked.

The people who work here are friendly and fun. My orders are always completed on time and as expected. I like the convenience of this location.

Nice but needs music or something playing. It sure would put people in the party mood. Stocked well...

We were tended to by 3 people while there. All 3 ladies were very helpful and thorough from going over returns and making sure the size was correct for my son. I’m very impressed with all three of these ladies. I only caught one of their names though, Markeasha. Prices were fair and competitive. We will definitely return for our Halloween and Party needs.

Found everything we needed. But unfortunately, the $29, 3 foot Spiderman balloon was defective and not enough time to return it before the party .

My wife and i went to your location looking for wallee stuff and when we got there and entered the store there was no greeting.after looking at your ballons there were 2 young girls there just yapping away walked by them back and fourth with no help at all .there was another person a guy sweeping and no help there neither.poor lack of customer service.we walked down the isles without anyhelp.i mean come on if you dont like your job stay at home.all three were just talking away and the store was not attended customers were asking where do we pay.worst customer service ever.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the people that work here are easily the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. I believe that the attitudes of the employees were a direct reflection of the horrible leadership of their manager. I really wish I would have gotten her name but I was in such shock of what was going on in the store that I didnt even think to ask.

7 people in line 4 employees, 1 checking out and other 3 just standing there. Ridiculous when you have to wait 30min just to pay for 2 items.

Stopped in last minute...on Halloween evening. Got all 3 of my kids, super cute costumes. Two were even discounted. Even though it was crazy busy, the staff was calm and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location!

Went to the Halloween store over by Kirklands to look for costumes. Googled and saw that party City had the same costumes for less 💰 so we went there. While we were there I found a 25% off coupon. I was very happy and the kids love the costumes

Please do not purchase online from this store. I did an online purchase from store and received one ballon filled. Ordered at 11:06 this morning received a message at 11:33 this morning saying order was ready for delivery. Little did I know when it asked would you like the ballon air filled it meant you receive your ballons in its original packaging unfilled. My delivery time was from 4-7. Delivery was received at 6:55. I called to the store and asked why the ballons were not filled and by the I was upset because it is my birthday so I asked to speak to manager. The lady on phone tells me they do not fill the ballons with air only helium. I said maam why would I purchase ballons to be delivered and pay 2.99 for them to be filled only to receive one filled ballon that is a waste of money. I asked to speak to a manager, she says she is a mananager. I asked for her name and she says she cant give me her name over the phone. I asked if this a coporate or franchise. She says corporate. I ask for the number she says 1800 partycity tells me I can come to the store. The store closes at 7pm per what the website says. Maam today is my birthday thats a waste of money for me to have something delivered and go to the store too. Disappointed in online services and this store response to what happened.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Customer service is horrible and the staff is unprofessional and rude. The so called manager obviously doesn’t care about customer service. We waited over an hour for our balloons with no apology just excuses. The “manager” took no responsibility and was blaming the “temp”. If you could go to another party city I would totally recommend it. Never going back to this party city again!

Not a very big store they really didn’t have anything that I was looking for Plus the staff A bit unpleasant to be around

Usually has a good selection but apparently during the summer they have no costumes out.
