Rockwall Tailors and Boot Repair resoled 4 pairs of cowboy boots and shinned them up to make them look brand new. The boots in the picture are over 5 years old and you couldnt tell from this picture. I highly recommend this very sweet couple for any boot repairs. Price was very reasonable and now I get 5+ more years of wear. Thank you!

I went to have a blazer taken in and the service was terrible. They don’t tell you the price until you pick up your items and when I picked up mine she couldn’t justify the prices. My blazer also looked and felt the same as when I brought it to her.

Had an emergency with my grandaughters prom dress and they fixed ig over night and saved the day.

Rockwall Tailor & Shoe Repair has replaced the soles on my husbands boots many times as well as protecting the heels of my shoes. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and make repairs in a short period of time. I am about to take a purse strap in to get it repaired. I highly recommend Rockwall Tailor & Shoe Repair.

Fantastic work replacing the heel of my boots. They were so bad I thought I was too late to get repairs. It only took a week and they did a great job. Wonderful customer service as well!

Wow. I’m bummed to give this review. We are new to Rockwall and went to Diego a few mos ago but they were about to shut down. I happened to see Rockwall Tailor and Shoe Repair and took five pairs into them, including a pair of Tori Burch wedges, Charles David heels and Donald Pliner boots. I was told that he could not fix any of them. He said they were all “too old” even though none are older than five years. Super disappointing. Guess I will he making the hike to Greenville.

Picked up my shirt and slacks a few days ago from them and man I was blown away with how good of a job they did!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their suits tailored!

Excellent service - and low cost. They charged $14 to repair the heels on my pumps and did a beautiful job. Ive worn them without issue.

The old Asian man in the store was very nice and did an awesome job putting new heels on my boots. Can’t beat it for $25.

If i could leave negative 25 I would. What a hateful, rude and pathetic old woman I just encountered. Walked in, waited she completely finished the customer ahead of me. After he walked away I stood quietly until addressed. She never looked up, said ya. I said hello and again waited until the woman raised her . Never once. Finally I began with what I needed fixed. The woman raised her head, looked back down and said no. No other comment, continued writing as if I didnt stand in front of her. What a complete hateful woman. Someone may want to tell her customers have a choice...it is my choice to tell anyone and everyone.

Brought in a pair of boots for full sole replacement. 1 week turnaround and quality leather and Goodyear rubber. Price was fair and boots look great

I went in to have 2 pairs of shoes repaired for my mother, the first needed new soles and the second simply needed the insoles to be removed (they were glued down inproperly). To my first pair of shoes the woman began to listen to the issue and hand and then replied we cant do that,(though its beyond my understanding why a cobbler could not replace a pair of souls) to the second she didnt even listen, simply said we dont do inside. So basically to anything shoe related you may need the answer is probably we cant/dont do that

I took a pair pumps in to have a new heel put on one but was going to just get both done so that they would match and the guy who was assisting me kept saying that my shoes were old- I am thinking to myself, Who takes new shoes to be repaired - needless to say, I did not give him my business - I wish that it was a way that I could attach a picture of the shoes that he kept calling old
