My Momma and I went to this store after she picked me up. The place wasnt too crowded and it was easy to find the section we were looking for. The cashier was super friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I always love visiting half price books for the nostalgia factor and the great prices on old books. New books are closer to standard prices or non-existent obviously. But I wish they could keep in stock at least one of each book in a series. I browse the fiction and fantasy sections regularly with the hopes of grabbing a 3-6 book series to read through on my lunch breaks, but they were always missing seemingly random titles in the collections or one would be a different print. Such as one hard back in a collection of paper backs. Not a huge deal, but for the collector in me was unsatisfied.

One of my favorite places to burn my money, lol. But honestly, you can get some amazing finds at this store. Its not only a good place for books, they have a great record selection and a pretty decent video game section as well.

First time visiting and I was able to find the same books for a much much lower cost! I cant wait to go back and find some more gems😀. Service was friendly and very helpful! They followed social distancing requirements.

It’s on the smaller side but it still usually has what your looking for. It’s clean and quite and very well organized. There’s books for everyone and anyone of any age. You may even find some collectables you didn’t even know you were looking for. You can sell your old books and movies and even collectables for cash.

I just half price as whole. Books and puzzles. Happy place.

This is one of my favorite chains to get discounted books. I would come prepared with a list of five or so books you may want and they are likely to have at least one. The staff was helpful and the covid precautions were still in strong effect even in early February 2021. A great place I will be visiting again soon.

I went to sell my cds and books and for some reason the lady found 20 bucks in one of the cds and the lady gave it back to me instead of pocketing herself. I appreciate the trustworthiness of the employee.

I freaking love this place! The people there are also really nice. I deal with social anxiety and the people there are very patient about it.

I love going here they have a lot of varieties of books, movies and other cool stuff. The workers are very knowledgeable on what you are looking for and also wear a mask too. The workers are nice too.

My home away from home. Clearly marked genres and a clearance section from the gods. Average book 3 dollars on clearance. If they dont have it, theyll try and order it to store.

Walked in and forgot my mask. They gave me one at the door and were very friendly. They were helpful in directing me to what I needed. The selection I was looking for was sparse and a little over priced. When I took a batch of books in there they gave me a specific amount and the second time I took a batch of books in there they gave me almost the exact amount. It seems like it didnt matter how many more books there were, in the second batch, they have a set amount.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I had 30 plus pound worth the books im my hand and the cashier behind the counter was more worried about my mask being just below my nose. Also I was 10 feet away amd there was a plexiglass barrier. Even employees had masks below their noses. I tossed the books on the counter and walked away. I normally love going to half priced books, but never again.

I love a good half price books. Who am I kidding I love brick and mortar book stores. The reduced rates just makes it a win-win

I went here to sell some cds. I had 200 of them. I waited almost an hour for them to go through each cd. They offered me 20 dollars! That part sucked!. The store it self was cool though. Its pretty big, the staff were friendly, and there is some pretty cool stuff in there.

Its ok. Not all Half Price Bookstore are created equal, but it was still nice. Just wish they could get more business. Maybe holidays will give it a boost.

They require a mask after mandate was lifted. I will be giving my money to Amazon.

Ive visited this store the past 3 days within normal operating hours. They were never open. No sign on the door listing different hours. I witnessed MANY people try to go in the store, and leaving unhappy customers, while we could see employees inside!If youre closed or going out of business, you should let people know. Very rude.

Good stuff.

I walked into the store with a face shield on and was told that I had to have a mask on. I told the employee that I was unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition and he still would not allow me to shop in this store. What this store is doing is illegal and discriminatory and I suggest that people not shop here. The law states that people must wear a face covering and I have never been turned away or forced to wear a mask at any other stores while wearing my shield.

Though they didnt have the book I wanted, its always fun to browse.

Rude staff with zero common sense. It’s sad really. I won’t shed a tear when they out of business in the next few years, if not next year even.

More books than you will ever get through

Dont expect much when selling them your books. I brought in 20 hard cover books in excellent condition all good reads and relevant. they gave me $3.00Wasnt worth the gas money to get there.

Great place for books where you dont have to spend full price but wish it was a bit cosier and adding coffee and sitting areas in there would make it perfect.

So many book! Great childrens book selection from picture books to young adults. Very clean and pleasant staff. Definitely worth dropping in. You will find SOMETHING to read here. Or watch or play.......

Great place to get kids books that are either brand new or lightly used. Prices are crazy reasonable and you leave with a stack of books for a few bucks. Love coming to this locations and the staff is always attentive and helpful.

An elderly friend of mine recently told me she used to teach Spanish many many years ago. I had expressed an interest in learning the language beyond the base crude few words I had picked up while working in the construction industry in my previous employment. So my friend ordered a Learn to Speak Spanish book from Half Price Books! I have picked it up, and I am now looking forward to starting on my Spanish lessons.

Bought some books for my Dads Christmas gift because he likes to read. Enjoy browsing through the store. Found just the right books for Dad. Friendly staff members and very helpful !!!

Half price books where have you been all my life?! Excellent customer service, they have everything in here, its a wonderful world to be in. It has albums, graphic novels, old movies, educational books, horror movies, anything you can think of, is there. I loved the experience and would gladly return. :)

Love this place, a definite favorite. Well-stocked and with kind employees that are mostly knowledgeable. One guy that works here has a ghostbusters themed car, my kids love seeing it when we visit.

Love visiting any of the locations because they all have slightly different inventory of books, magazines, games and toys. They also purchase your records, video games, hard bound books, paper backs and periodicals. Excellent childrens section with things arranged by topic, activity and author. The folks who work there are knowledgeable, helpful and oh so friendly.

I can never set foot in this awesome store without either buying something or fighting with myself to not buy something. Its a great location with cool staff and fair prices.

One of my favorite half price books locations! I used to live close by and would go every weekend. Lots of new books almost every time. Helped me create my forgotten realms collection of books, and also really fun to look through the collectibles. Employees always ready to help; lots of cool finds!

This location is fantastic. They have a very good selection and the staff if helpful and friendly. The store is clean, well organized and appropriately stocked. We enjoy coming in on a regional basis.

Not a five star bookstore, but they are a five star used bookstore. This is one of the better half priced bookstores I have been into. Friendly cashier, though no one asked me if I needed help, disappointing. They have a decent selection of movies as well.

I go there quite often. I always seem to find something to take home. I found that they have a pretty good selection of books from childrens books to adult, fiction and nonfiction. I returned a bunch of college books, each worth $200-$300 and did not get much in return. They were in excellent condition too. I wasnt to happy about that to be honest. But I am pretty content to be able to get some great books for 1/2 the price or better. I will go back for sure.

Very helpful staff, nice clean store. I really like the layout. Prices werent to bad either. Even though they didnt have the book I was looking for they tried to help me locate place that might carry it.
