Absolutely 5++++ stars! Sooo very glad I called Jerry. Absolutely the best there is. Very nice. Is absolutely the most honest person Ive met. Im just thrilled. I would recommend him a thousand times. I had an issue with my van window making a noise when it rolled down. Jerry found the issue immediately and fixed it in a snap. If I have any issue with glass or the mechanics that roll it up and down, Auto Glass by Jerry is who I will call. You are wasting your time and money if you dont call Jerry. Seriously.

They showed when they said they would., were polite and friendly. Were quick and efficient. It rained right after they finished and there werent any leaks. All of the doo dads connected to the windshield work perfectly. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. Good price too! Almost $400 less than the dealership wanted. They are the same place as Rockwall windshield repair.

The windshield on my sequoia cracked for the 3rd time since I have had it (2.5 years) so as usual I went through safelite but they couldnt get me in for over 3 weeks. It was a fairly large Crack so I called around and auto glass by Jerry found my glass same day and installed the next business day! Not only were they professional, friendly and did an AMAZING job but they ended up being $200 less than safelite quoted me. He also showed my husband where safelite had done a shoddy job of the previous install. Needless to say they will be getting business for all 3 of our vehicles going forward.

I called this place today thinking it was a small but reputable local business. I was quoted a price over the phone and a couple hours later a man showed up in an unmarked town car. He quoted me twice the price, gave me a $30 discount, and a receipt from a different windshield mobile service. Two of the three repairs are acceptable but the truck windshield still has visible hairline cracks where it was to be repaired.(Edit After Response)We definitely wont be recommending Auto Glass By Jerry despite the 8:30pm phone calls/messages. You dont know who/what company theyre going to send and its clear once they do its not their problem unless you leave a review. I didnt call or research Mike or check out his website, this isnt his fault. Auto Glass By Jerry quoted a price and set him up to fail because I thought Auto Glass By Jerry was coming to my house. It was an expensive mistake.

I came into the shop last minute to get my windshield replaced and the entire process was so quick and easy, and I received excellent customer service throughout the experience. The young lady I spoke with on the phone explained what was included in the replacement, and even though I was the last customer of the day (I showed up to the wrong location) they took me right away and made the repair within 30 minutes. We were traveling from Nebraska to Texas to visit family and our car was broken into at a motel in Kansas. The backseat window was completely broken out. We couldnt get it fixed in that town so we covered it and continued on our way to Texas. I googled glass repair in Greenville and Auto Glass by Jerry popped up. I called and they were extremely helpful and considerate to our problem. Tammy even attempted to find a way for us to meet Jerry that day on our travels. Unfortunately we were coming in from a different direction than he was working that day. Ive had the pleasure of Auto Glass By Jerry twice in the past month - my car was broken into both times with different windows shattered. I called this company. the day I wanted the windows repaired and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They had the windows in stock both times and were able to quickly get me in and out. Fantastic experience. They quoted a price $50 less than the competitors and offered to come out in 3 days to arrive between 11:00 and 1:00. My car was built in a split-model year so there were two windshields made for my car in that year. As bad luck would have it, they inadvertently ordered the wrong glass. The tech arrived about 10:00- an hour earlier than the original estimate said he would be there. When he saw the new windshield wouldnt work he stated they would get the new glass and reschedule an appointment with me later. I explained I took off work to have the windshield replaced and would not be available for many days. They pulled out all the stops, got the right glass and installed it before 1:00 PM. In my book, they went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Auto Glass By Jerry just earned my recommendation to my friends to have windshields replaced in Rockwall!

My window on my vehicle was broken and pickup vandalized on a Thursday night. I noticed it as I was taking my sister in law to her cancer treatment near Baylor medical complex. We took a shuttle instead since the window was hanging out of the door and glass was all over the inside. I had to wait until her treatment to meet with the police and contact my insurance company. The police had nothing to go on and the insurance company told me to go with Safelite. They didnt have a mobile available until the next Tuesday. I dont live here and since I was supposed to head home on Sunday that wouldnt work. SAFELITE does not work ON THE WEEKEND or just didnt care about the situation. So the call to Autoglass by Jerry was a God send. He came after hours on SATURDAY and put in the window, cleaned up all the glass inside the pickup (there was ALOT) and all around the outside of the pickup. He was closed for the day and came anyway. Thanks to him, his technician and his wonderful wife who took the call in the beginning. I appreciate you coming when you did and commend you on the job that was done. 5+.

I called on Saturday about 10 minutes before they closed. I asked for a quote for my Honda Odyssey Van, the lady who answered the phone said she would call me right back with a quote. She did and it was $100 less than a franchise was. The reason they were cheaper was they dont charge for a disposal or coming to you fee. I asked when they could come out and she said Monday 3:00 - 5:00, they were here at 3:30 and gone by 4:00!! Give them a call next time you need auto glass repaired or replaced.

Most places refuse to replace windshields for Toyota FJ Cruisers, but Jerry did it with ZERO problems. I will always come back to Jerry and will recommend him to any and all.
