Home cooking. Everything is good. I especially like their Thursday special..chicken and dressing. They serve breakfast this 10. They are only open til 2. The bread pudding is a must have. Servers are friendly, efficient, and make you feel at home.. Great place for kids. Not expensive.
I recently went to this location to purchase several TVs to install in my AirBnB. Gabriel in the TV section helped me to navigate the difficult choices between best quality and best deal! So shout out to Gabriel I’ll be sure to visit this location again for all future purchases with my next business ventures!Carlos is cool too!

This Best Buy is Awesome! The Staff is very helpful, & Knowledgeable. I went in for a DLSR Camera, and was help by an awesome employee! He answered all of my questions (I had alot of them since this would be my first DLSR), & helped me pick one out that fit everything I wanted. I went with the Nikon Z50 that came with 2 lens. I am extremely happy with this purchase, & the customer services I was provided!
Bought a night owl security system, hooked it up and it worked, no longer need receipt. After 1 month issues started . With no receipt best buy will do nothing . Now remind you it has to be called into night owl when turn it on to set it up . Night owl knows the set up date . I have had so many issues with this system . Night owl will do nothing because I no longer have the receipt. But night owl manages to send me things to ask me to buy again . Constantly having to re down load the app .then tells me my usage has expired and cannot connect . I am now over 100 miles and cannot connect to the system I paid for to watch my home . I have nothing bad on best buy but night owl stinks

Purchased $4k of product from Best Buy, scheduled delivery over a month in advance, flew into town specifically for the delivery and they failed to show up. Refused to let me talk to anyone that could help resolve and pretty much said “tough luck.”
I just drove about 30 miles to purchase a phone! The service that I received from Josh was exceptional! Not only did he sell me the phone, he took the time to help me set it up and even hand wrote me detailed notes to finish the process when I arrived home! If this store has what you need it is definitely worth the drive!
Great customer service from Joshua. He was VERY VERY knowledgeable about the gaming computer info for my son and gave me a excellent breakdown of all the things they offered and suggests of how to build the computers. Thanks very much Joshua for being some informative
The Greek Squad staff at this location are helpful and knowledgeable. Although we’ve thrown them some challenges with our laptops they are always patient and do their best to get issues resolved.
I went to Best Buy to take my computers for repair because they talked me into buying this in-store GEEK SQUAD plan, where they repair, or FIX any electronic device you have. Well after I picked up the computers they STILL had the same issues. This BEST BUY Geek Squad Team is incompetent, lazy, and at best unable to do the job they were hired to do. Dont come here find another store where they have staff who actually know what their doing and a licensed certified be and qualified.

Staff were on point in assisting customers shout out Cody and Lyman. Store is not busy given the circumstances. Everyone is wearing mask and hand sanitizers are on tap at the front of the store.Got to get my hands on the new Galaxy Flip which was exciting! This Bestbuy also offers curbside pickup which is great and convenient.
This best buy isnt as big as others but the people work here makes up for it. If the best buy members cant find what you are looking for they will try their best to find where you can get it.
We got a geek squad subscriptions and canceled it one day later. Was told to wait 2 weeks for your refund. called the geek squad hotline and was told no you have to wait 30 days called again after 30 days was told that they don’t see anything about a refund. we have now waited 40 days still no refund and keep getting the runaround don’t wast your money this location isn’t even apart of the better Business bureau! And they don’t answer their phones
Dont buy a Samsung phone from this place. I bought one 2 weeks ago that is defective, & I have taken it back twice to try & get it fixed. It is worse now than before. Furthermore, they told me they couldnt replace it eventhough it is still under warranty. They told me to go to their Frisco store. So much for total tech support.
Worst experience ever, we made a purchase online for a 86 inch tv to be delivered and mounted .They changed the first delivery date okay thats fine they let us know.Well the next delivery date they changed the times twice which in return had us waiting all day only for the delivery guy to call us and tell us our tv was not at the store and he was there to pick it up now.So we called customer service explain to them that we have been waiting all day for a delivery and no one called to inform us that the tv was not there. They checked the notes and said they showing that the tv want be in stores now till the 21,st,I dont understand how miscommunication can go like that now we are requesting a full refund and Im honestly so disappointed in there service . I personally would not be using best buy for anymore purchases and will definitely let others know .
Got an awesome new Desktop Computer for a great price.
Dropped off computer for repair. Cody the manager of Geek squad was very helpful and went above and beyond. We ended up having to replace the computer (Geek Squad warranty was honored with no fuss even due to spill damage) well worth the price for the geek squad protection plan...a better model was on sale for the less! All store employees are courteous and helpful.
Pick up item was ready when I arrived. Their system is very efficient and easy.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Thunderstorm blew our TV. Vinny helped select a new 70 inch...but we ran into a snag where that TV we selected got sold...then Steven (Store Manager) stepped in upgraded to better at same price. A+

They didn’t have the laptop that was advertised that I was looking for. (The website claimed there were some still available at this store). But the salesperson was helpful and friendly and believe it or not, sometimes that’s all you need to make a sale anyway. I purchased a different laptop. Too bad I can’t remember his name. ☹️

Lyman and Lydia helped me in the store. I already knew what I wanted when I went in. They did not try to talk me into buying a more expensive laptop and did not pressure me to buy extended warranties and other things I did not want or need. They were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and very pleasant.

The sales associate that helped me was not knowledgeable in any way about the computers I was looking at. There was nothing in stock and I was not impressed overall with the store. Ive bought my last 3 computers from Best Buy. If this is any indication of what theyve become since my last purchase I will not be back.

My Dad who is 95 and I went in to upgrade his phone. The gentleman who was 22 years old helped us. He was kind patient and very knowledgeable. I loved that he really took time to show my dad how to work the new phone.
Disorganized, There is supposed to be 2 lines one for returns and customer service and the other for Online order pickup but for some reason they were doing returns in the online pickup line wasting my time for Items I pre purchased. To top things off, I purchased a New product and was given a used product.
I love going into Best Buy and I enjoy looking around and their setup. But I guess I never realized this that there are appliances in there as well. Best Buys are always clean and great setup. Sometimes, there are too many cooks in the kitchen that they dont see their customers.Compared to another store I had just walked in where I was only in there a minute and 2 people asked if I was OK, 4 staff members passed me without asking if I needed anything.Otherwise, when they do serve you to close a sale, they are good and are friendly. This is a good store in Rockwall.

The staff is hard to get their attention . The staff member told me he didnt have any idea about what I was wanting. I guess he was hoping I would let him go. Lol oh no I told him he was the only one to come near me. So I did buy what I needed and he was helpful . I guess its hit or miss at this best buy.
After horrible online experiences attempting to purchase a gaming laptop, we decided to go old school and go inside. The website prepared us for exactly what was in stock. The salesperson was knowledgeable, very helpful and courteous.

Its best buy so of course they most likely have what you need. However, the middle of store is extremely congested and everywhere else you have to stalk a clerk to get help. Really should have a floor manager constantly reviewing areas for customer support.

Watered down. You can buy electronics here, but dont expect this to be an electronics store. You cannot get connector cables in most cases. You can get a washer and dryer, but they wont have water connections or ducts. Its bare bones here and you more than likely will have to shop at another store to get everything. What happened to the car audio section? Theres almost nothing left. A real disappointment. This will be the next Circuit City, right after Frys, Radio Shack etc.
Had the accessories I was looking for and the workers were genuinely nice. Not much else to say tbh since they had what I was looking for and I didnt need to t it price matched so thats nice. As always Ill continue to come here since they rarely let me down.

Friendly service. My curbside pick up order was placed on hold to be “authorized” but no one ever told me it needed to be cleared. This wasn’t on the store though I think it was on the online corporate system. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.

Great location. Curbside service is always fast and friendly. Rarely out of stock on items Im looking for and faster than waiting on Amazon to deliver. Great prices and they have deals and sales all the time too. The employees inside have always been friendly and offered help but I usually know what Im there for going in or just use store/curbside pickup.

I came in to buy an iPad for my partner as a surprise. So they didn’t have to try to sell me an iPad, but sell her the iPad best suited for her needs. The individual who helped us out was not very knowledgeable even though his name tag stated that he was an expert in this section. Couldn’t tell the difference an Apple Pencil 1 and 2. He saying I think, instead of stating that he knew for the Apple Pencil performances and even stated that he thinks that the Apple Pencil 1 has better performance. He also didn’t point her out to the regular iPad or iPad mini which are also Apple Pencil 1 compatible. We ended up getting an iPad Air, which he failed to mention to her the difference in charging ports or the display technology compared to the lower tier iPads which is useful for photography and drawing which I emphasized is what she’d be using the iPad for.You were low on stock and didn’t have any iPad Pro, in any configurations.Overall, this is probably the worst customer experience I’ve had at a Best Buy.

3 employees were helping one customer at the phone center while the rest of us had to wait. When I finally did get help they told me the phone wasnt in stock. I had to pull up their website and show them where it said it was in stock. Twice I came to buy the phone twice I left without buying the phone.I ended up buying the phone off Amazon, even thought I dont want to support Jeff Bezos.
Great service! Lets face it, we all know what we want to get and most have shopped online to see what the prices are. Cindy in the electronics department was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.I knew what TV I wanted and she helped me order a surround system that I had liked. The website said delivery would take 4-6 weeks, but she notified me that delivery would be Thursday (5 days away) much to my surprise, it came on Tuesday. Very happy with their service.I recently moved and couldnt find my Best Buy card. They looked me up in the system and confirmed who I was and allowed me to purchase the products. They also helped me update my address to insure I would get any statements or sales information. Great team at this location.

Never buy a screen protector from this store. Sloppy job! Bubbles all in this. Manger Phil OPS Manger was not helpful. Team Manger either. New phone, cracked, blamed shield manufacturers. This place is horrible and customer service in the geek squad is horrible.

I’ve tried calling several times and there is never anyone to answer the phone. After the automated system goes all over the place it says let me find someone to help you and music plays for as long as you choose to hold. I have literally called two days back to back.
Clean. Very pleasant staff. Staff was helpful but sadly Covid has really cut the available items for purchase in the computer department, including scanners. This is no fault of Best Buy. The store had plenty of customers! It was refreshing to be with so many other shoppers!!

Best buy has been going downhill for years. I went in to buy a wifi router and found one I wanted and then needed a wifi adapter and was told they dont carry them in the store. I walked out and ordered everything from Amazon.
The best place to buy electronics, I always get great help and support when needed.

Went in to look for a laptop. Employee came up to us immediately. Asking what I was looking for, he took me right to where I needed to be. He was very helpful.
I believe that Best Buy will be the next big box store to fall. There are several problems through out the store. The biggest problem the have is inventory, if your going to carry it then carry the inventory for it. I bought a S7 tablet there selection of covers was very poor. And the help is getting to where they dont want to help, they act like they dont want to be there. The customer service is rude, you get better service ordering what you need from Amazon.
They always are so helpful and I was find what Im looking for!
UPDATE: 10am to 6:00pm? REALLY????The staff pretend to know what they are talking about and will even lead you astray just to make as sale. All I wanted was a cell phone with good reception. They sold me a phone and I was assured that if it didnt work, I could bring it back. I brought photos of the phone next to another phone on the same plan. The new phone got ZERO bars and the old phone had 2 bars. They claimed bad reception was NOT a defect and charged me a restocking fee. I spent 2 hours talking to staff before picking out the phone and was specifically told that if the phone was defective, the restocking fee would not apply. I was in an area this is specifically part of T-mobile coverage area AND my other phones had reception, but the store reps claimed it was T-Mobiles fault that the phone did not get reception (no joke, they REALLY said that). Believe me, they really do not know what the technical specs mean on a phone. Never again Best Buy. Walmart and Amazon both have much more consumer friendly policies.

Went in to buy the new iPhone. Spoke to the manager. Very polite, knowledgeable man. Help me the whole time and didn’t mind showing me as many phones as I wanted. Never felt like I was being pressured or rushed. Got exactly what I wanted and felt good about my purchase.
Terrible service couldn’t get any help after asking and telling someone I needed something out the case to buy. The lady I asked for help that was standing at the front on her cell phone didn’t acknowledge or ask if the help I asked for from her had came to help me on my way out the door. I even walked back in and she was just standing at the front door with her head down and didn’t ask or see if I got help again. I guess being on your cell phone at work is more important than customers coming in and spending money. Come here if you wanna feel invisible you might be able to get away with doing whatever you want
