I worked with Patrick. He seemed honest and did not pressure me at all. The price that Ourisman offered on a new Mazda 6 was very competitive with competing dealerships. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Mazda6 out of the area since it offered a better value to me. I would not hesitate working with Patrick again in the future.
Gave me a good deal, Geoff let me test drive quite a lot. I thought there was a financing error and that they charged me a huge flat fee for borrowing, but I went back and talked to them and they clarified all the details on my paperwork and I had been mistaken. I hate buying cars but this dealership seemed like they dealt with me straight and the car is great.
I purchased my 2020 CX5 from this dealership yesterday. Gustavo was extremely helpful when I brought my Mazda3 in for service, and explained that it would need a number of repairs. He explained all my options in great detail, and helped me come to the decision to trade in my vehicle for a new one. Ray in sales was awesome to work with. He gave me a great trade in deal, and gave me a significant discount off the MSRP. Ray was very friendly, not pushy at all, and made me feel very valued as a customer. The sales process was quick. Ive been an Ourisman Mazda customer since 2015 when I purchased my Mazda3 from Ali, and have always brought my vehicle here for honest, affordable service. Jordan worked with me to get a great financing deal, and was a pleasure to work with.
Disappointed with the service received at Ourisman Mazda. I worked with the advisor, Scott O., whom I found to be unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service skills. Was told my vehicle would take 90 minutes for an oil change. But after waiting for 2 hours, I went returned to the desk to check on its status and my keys were just sitting there. I had been going to Ourisman for 2 years for my oil changes, but thatll be the last.
Disrespectful and lazy service. Went in for a complimentary oil change per their offer for healthcare workers. Fortunately I was able to get an immediate appointment. When I got there I had shown the staff all my required documents (ID, hospital badge, and proof of direct deposit (since it’s impossible to get paper stubs from my employer)), but because I didn’t have the paper stub they refused service. Disappointed I requested to reschedule my appointment so I could bring in the requested paperwork, however the staff wouldn’t even take the time to do an appointment rescheduling in person. Went to another Mazda dealership who gladly performed the service today who was much more understanding and respectful.
I went for a routine oil change and wanted to instal a bicycle hitch. Granted, I could have done my research, but I didnt, and was charged more than twice the price in UHAUL AND was not told they could only install 1.5 and not the 2. Four-bike racks require a 2 hitch... Gustavo Castro, the service person I interacted with does not return my texts/calls and when you call the Mazda Rockville Service and ask to speak to a manager no one calls you back. What kind of service is that?! Unprofessional, overpriced, unreliable and unrecommended!
Very happy with service I just left there, every one it’s friendly and polite.I even got a car wash that I wasn’t expecting it.
This is a follow-up to one I posted previously. Im fortunate I bought a warranty from Stohlman for my used car purchase in December. Within the first month, the engine light came on. We noticed that it was low on oil. Then, we found we were having to add oil and coolant regularly. The car has required at least $5,000 worth of drive train repairs. Apparently, the car never had a diagnostic check or one that Stohlman was willing to acknowledge. The problems are /were major and dont occur within a few months. Our car has spent most of the last 2 months sitting at Ourisman (Silver Spring), which is where we had to take it under the warranty. We barely had gotten it back from them the first time when we had to take it back again. The second time, my husband sat in the waiting room for 2-3 his until they gave him a loaner car, which they said wasnt available (but was). Ourisman is as crooked as Stohlman and their customer service is terrible. Were reporting both dealerships to the Better Business Bureau.
Good service department. Honest...and they give you options.
Don’t trust these guys. The manager is dishonest.
