Very rude cashier. While on the job hes blasting his music on his earbuds and then berates customers for not speaking loudly enough. I chose to not make my originally intended purchase. This happened at 11:30am 8/6/21 in case the owner cares.

Great place. Ive been coming here for years, and the proprietor is like an old friend. Lots of beer & wine options, and many snack choices, too. The beer is always ice cold (a big plus). They even have ice cream.

If you ask for help the owner helps you find what you’re looking for and throws in a couple recommendations. I love going there and chatting it up with the owner and other cashiers, they are always friendly. Almost every Friday they have sampling of wines and beers. Great local business.

Great selection of wine and craft beers. Prices are way cheaper than Dawsons across the street. Owner is a nice guy, knows his beer and is happy to make suggestions. Also home to Montgomery countys first Bitcoin ATM! Highly recommend this place.

This is very organized store with a great variety of beer and wine. The store owner and the staff are very friendly. The owner is always willing to take the time to explain the many different variety of beers and wine that would fit my needs and in addition he cares very much about the customers experience.

The staff and owner were jerks. Was treated so poorly that my daughter left in tears. We were frequent customers and the guy you had at the counter has no clue what customer service is. Took the kids for a walk and treated them to an ice cream at the check out counter. Upon going outside found that the cone was broken. Daughter dropped half because it was broken (bottom not connected to top so top fell out) so she went in to ask for a new one. He took it from her and threw it away and did not give her a new one. His argument is that it was still edible but at that point hed already tossed it. Seems pretty simple- give the kid a replacement and keep a customer but instead he argued with us. Asked to see manager and he wouldnt come out to talk. Just wanted a new cone but now he will need to find new customers. We always promoted this place to everyone in the area but because of such a simple event and the way it was handled we will always go elsewhere and tell others to do the same. We are business owners as well and to handle this little issue the way it was is ridicules. We bought 3 things of beer and 2 ice creams this evening so we are talking about a $2 ice cream that cost him a customer plus the opportunity to spread the word. Pathetic. People shopping for beer may not care about this review but trust me when I say it is better to go elsewhere if you care how you may be treated as a paying guest.

When I paid for the wine I chose, the cashier did not say a word. No greeting, no thank you. And I didn’t even get a paper bag for my wine! The only thing good is you can choose your alcohol all by yourself, because there is nobody to advise. And you probably will not be asked for ID. And least I didn’t not.

Good prices. Decent selection. Beer, wine, liquor, lottery, snacks, pre-made sandwiches, etc. Nothing to write home about but nothing wrong with it either. Good place.

Just wanted to let people know since 1998 I have known the owners and the crew at Tiger. Over the years they have had to adapt and adjust like a lot of us. They care about their customers and will go out of their way to accommodate in any way they can. Nice people to deal with, good selection of beverages & sandwiches. So to Paul and Mai, thank you for being there for all these years and taking care of me and the rest of the folks in and around the Rockville area. mb

Mainly go here to use the BTC ATM. However, they do have a decent selection of non-california wines. Just picked up a blend from France that scored 94 points. Had I last night with a steak, yummy.

I have been coming to this place for a while, but tonight I was shocked by how badly I was treated. When I was walking home with my bag of wine, just a few blocks from the store, the wine fell through the very thin plastic bag and shattered on the ground. When I brought it back to the store and politely explained what happened, the store clerk snapped back at me, saying that theyre not responsible, theres nothing wrong with the bag, and I must have tampered with it, all in one breath. I said that I could show him the hole in the bag, but he wouldnt even look. He said that I probably made the hole. He could have simply, politely told me their store policy and left it at that, but he made a point of repeatedly personally insulting me. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED, AND WITHOUT PROPER CAUSE. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BEWARE OF THE THIN PLASTIC BAGS.

The only good thing about the food at this place is that its cheap. But the people who work there are rude and today I got an Italian sub and the woman put MAYONNAISE on it instead of oil & vinegar. Absolutely disgusting.

I dont know anything about their beer, their wine, or their deli, but they have a reliable if pricey Bitcoin ATM. BTC purchases go out on the half hour, so dont panic if your wallet doesnt see it instantaneously.

They have a Bitcoin ATM, which is awesome. Great selection, good prices, friendly staff and its convenient despite its out-of-the-way location. As of Jan 2017, nearby construction makes parking a little confusing, but Ive always managed to find a parking space, usually right in front of the store.
