Very clean and nicely set up neighborhood liquor store just opposite the giant supermarket. They had a better selection than what I would have expected, and fairly decent prices. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and even boxed that purchase without even being asked, I was impressed. Almost all of the products are well labeled and priced and they have a larger assortment of novelty items such as airplane sizes and unique packaging.Im not a big drinker but I like choices and I like quality beverages.

Been going here for years. Best prices if you want something flat. Youll always have a nice little selection of the normal stuff and and everything is super easy to find depending on your poison of choice. They do have sales going on often so if youve been meaning to try something, do pick it up while its cheap. Especially if youre in montgomery county because man oh man, do we have dumb booze laws here.

Today there was a Bourbon tasting. Redemption Bourbon & High Rye Bourbon. Both were good, but the Bourbon was the superior of the two to me. The staff at the stores also very friendly & knowledgeable.

For such a busy/ small store, Im amazed how decently stocked they are. Aisles are narrow so pushing a cart during the busy times will make you an annoyance to others.One allocated bottle per customer ensures fair chance for other folks.

The store is in a great location didnt even know it was there I usually go to the Gaithersburg one on 355, although I will say the man behind the counter he was a little rude and uptight I asked where wine was and showed him a picture and it was like I was bothering him that was disappointing I mean after all this is job to help people.

They usually have a great stock of product, and a staff always willing to help. The managers of the location are honest and give opinions where they can and they always have a lot of allocated bottles.

The store was clean, well-stocked, and prepared to do business despite the pandemic. Employees and customers were respectful of social distancing and had appropriate PPE so that I felt comfortable shopping there.

Pricing is highly competitive here, selection is good, with occasional special items. Store is in a good location and parking is available.

I always like my visits here. The staff continues its habit of being courteous. The NFC-enabled registers function without a hitch. The selection works for my taste. There are even decent craft beer offerings. Will I come back? Yep.

This liquor store always has great prices and a good selection. The staff are knowledgeable for the most part and enjoyable to speak with..... except for one grumpy older man (I try to avoid him - hes either sour or just has too many bad days). Nothing here is cold so unless you plan on consuming at room temperature, anything you buy will need ample time in a refrigerator. They do have a quick bottle chiller you can use for a bottle or 2 while waiting in the store. If you know of a bottle that you want, some employees let you chill it while you shop so you dont have to wait around when youre done (the grumpy old guy is not one of them). Also, if you need to buy a case, they do offer a discounted price.

This liquor store has great prices. Would definitely recommend. They also have a cold tank you can drop your bottle in before leaving and within a few minutes it is ice cold.

They have an extraordinarily large selection of spirits and the staff are extremely nice. I live in Virginia and expected prices to be higher. They were not. It is less expensive here.

I do wish they had more obscure items here like other county stores do. The Germantown store has some unique flavored liquors and types of schnapps that are not carried here.

Choices limited because of Montgomery Countys highly unusual government monopoly on wholesale alcohol acquisitions. (Stores, restaurants can only buy THROUGH THE COUNTY from the countys limited list of offerings.) And its not like the prices are bargains, either.

They have a wide selection, the staff were super helpful AND FORGIVING when I accidentally backed up into a display and shattered 4 bottles of wine 😬 Never have I been more embarrassed or shown more understanding. Super nice folks here- give them your business!

Lets hear it for the subpar liquor store monopoly. If they dont have what you want, just drive to another state and risk being a bootlegger. Ive been asking the staff at the Tuckerman location to special order tequila. Ive been asking for years and have been giving up your promises.
