Fantastic store in all aspects except—- the manager on duty during the afternoons on Friday is EXTREMELY disrespectful and demeaning. He usually wears a rainbow mask. If you go here AVOID him.

I just went there for bottle of wine at 6:25 pm. It was so quick visit. But I felt so ignored. When I got in side of the store, no one said hi to me. Even one lady at the register on left side, stared at me. I went to champaign section, and grabbed one bottle of champaign in a gift box. When I turned around, I felt so weird. The lady at the register was watching at me. By the way, I went to the lady to check out.Since I got there until got out, no one say hi, or bye. Especially the lady at the register, she was looking at me like why are you here.I go there to buy some wines or sake some times. Every time when I go there, I don’t feel I am welcome. But I feel so terrible today.

Terrible service and rude staff! I came in glanced at bottles and was forced to get my ID scan when I did not end up buying a bottle???? How does that even make sense??? I was greeted with a nasty attitude. I WILL NEVER EVER come back to this establishment, I will go somewhere else.If you see an African American lady at the register please please go to someone else who might be kinder, and be sure to bring your ID for them to scan if you don’t end up buying a bottle! Look somewhere else to go... BTW listen to the bad reviews! I wish I had did that before I came here, I will be contacting upper management.

Backwards store! The internet signal went out while a long line of people were waiting to purchase. Its amazing how they cant ring up manually like the old days before the internet. The only thing the store clearks could say was go to another store. They could not reach IT and they close at 7pm. Covid stupid!

Awful attitude and even worse customer service. Will never support a place like this. Standing around with arms crossed talking about others. Money is going elsewhere.

It bothers me that the beer is not cold here but moving from somewhere cheaper, i can understand saving costs on refrigeration out here. However, theses guys are very cool. If they do not have it in stock, they will order it for you. They are also very friendly and conveniently located. Good spot for beer, wine and liquor

The people here are generally good. However, I felt disrespected today. The cashier was very rude and asked for my ID and credit card with only hand gesture. I forgot to give a negative review on the survey machine. When you are treated liked that, make sure to use that machine or tell somebody.

A smaller store but whoever runs it tends to stock it right and the staff has an enthusiasm about their wares that, frankly, the other stores could use.

Always well staffed and well stocked. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location holds a lot of tastings and special events. Conveniently located in King Farm village. I would rate 4-1/2 stars if I could, but only because parking can be problematic at dinner hour and rush periods for shopping center.

I had a terrible experience at this liquor store in King Farm. A racist and disgusting older white employee harrases me with insults every time I go to this store. He is extremely rude, and has 0 education. He rolls his eyes at me, insults me, and yells at me everytime he sees me. How can someone treat customers like that?? I don’t feel safe at this liquor store when this employee is present.

I needed a bottle of champagne for a gift and knew nada about it. The salesperson was very helpful explaining the different kinds and what brut meant. He spent time with me and made my experience informative.
