This store has soooo much stuff! I found everything I needed for my hair, lashes and even cute slippers all for a very reasonable price.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I speak korean. My friend is black. The korean speaking cashier cursed at my black friend in korean. She didnt know that I speak korean nor that I was listening. I am beyond upset. Not only is this poor customer service but its simply disrespectful. This not a way to treat customers never mind fellow humans.

This was my first time here and it was the worst experience i had in a beauty supply store. I was going to by a wig and the lady says you have to buy a cap no problem. But i am limited to only to try on three. First of all you dont have good choices so i wanted to make sure i got the right one. Then the lady states you try to many no more try(in my Korean voice). So i left will never go back. This is my money i spend it to fit me. If i was at a dress store i guarantee i can try on any dress until i found the one i like.I stand for something or fall for anything.

These people are very helpful. Ive bought two wigs there. I just returned a wig because it was some kind of an extension, and although the receipt states, NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES, they did for me and helped me pick out some other wig and products. I am a transvestite and it can be a little bit unnerving to buy girly products, but they have remained professional towards me and that is greatly appreciated. Highly Recommended.The selection is highly diverse and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. Going in there is very exciting because there are just wigs everywhere and all kinds of makeup. They also have a diverse selection of costume jewelry.Check it Out! :)

Wow. I drove 15 miles to Cosmos to buy a blonde bob-length wig. They had a poor selection - two to be exact, both with dark roots. Not attractive.Then they asked me for money to try on a wig. Yes! They wanted to charge me just to try a wig on. Bye bye. No purchase here.
