My experience from start to finish was an absolute 10! I was a little concerned doing the whole transaction over the Internet but Candice responded to all my emails almost immediately with more than enough information for me to make my decision. It turned out that the cloth than I had initially picked was unavailable from the manufacturer. Candice arranged for me to have a discussion with Patrick who is incredibly well versed in all things cloth. Patrick sent pictures of the cloths I was interested in on my actual pool table. As if that wasn’t enough, there was a cancellation and I ended up getting my pool table delivered four days after I ordered it instead of three weeks. The white glove delivery, was just that! The crew was professional, friendly, and they answered all of my questions.

Robbies Billiards is a breath of fresh air for this type of game room industry. Delivery was on time. The two staff were great with the slightly tight basement entry, assembly, leveling and fabric mounting. Ive played several games since their delivery and it couldnt be any better. Im totally satisfied from purchase to install. One of the best decisions Ive made.

We recently bought our billiard table from Robbies and had a fantastic experience. Candice was very knowledgeable on the details of their tables and other options and expertly answered all of my questions (I had done my homework with a lot of online research and she really knew her stuff). We got a great deal on a brand new Plank and Hide Morse table (way less than retail or even competitor prices). The installation team was on time and extremely professional. Our new table looks great and plays beautifully. There is no better option for top of the line US and foreign made billiard tables in the DMV.

We hired Robbies to refurbish a used pool table we purchased elsewhere. They installed new cushions and felt, and also recalibrated and leveled it. It is much, much better now. This company really seems to be very knowledgeable and to take a lot of care in its workmanship. We are very happy with the results.

They wouldn’t let me return or exchange my $380 pool cue on the following day of my purchase.Even though their website say no exchanges or returns on used items, it doesn’t mention about pool cues specifically and it should be the first thing that customers should see on the website since its a billiards store and should be updated.Bad customer service and I don’t recommend this place.
