Not my first choice...i should have looked at another groupon and paid $300 for all around brakes AND rotor replacement. Guess there is something to be said for jumping at the first deal you see....live and learn.

Brought a truck in for state inspection with Christian after seeing the companys state inspection Groupon. Very professional and courteous. Drop off was easy (and covid safe) and the inspection was done thoroughly and quickly. Honest job done with no frivolous fixes tacked on like you may experience elsewhere. We got a great deal on Maryland State Inspection, we could go in the very next and they were able to get it done quickly. The place can be a bit difficult to find, theres a big sign for a marble shop next to it.

I found this place through the Maryland DMV website because I needed to get my car fixed to pass inspection and New Level was on the list and near me so I tried it. It is a modest looking shop in an industrial park but Christian is an honest mechanic who gave me a very good price for the work I needed and worked with me on understanding my options. I am now a loyal customer.

I called in on Saturday because it was very close to where I live. I had just moved to Maryland and needed inspection on my 6-month-old car that has less than 8k miles. Christian was the mechanic and spent an hour inspecting my car and failed it because it had a greasy CV boot. He then quoted me $1000 to have it repaired to pass the inspection.I took the car to my dealer on the following Monday and explained what had happened. The dealer quoted me $54 for parts to replace the CV boot, and because my car is still under warranty, I got it replaced for free and got a passed MD inspection from my dealer.$1000 on a $50 part!!! Shame on you!

Christian is honest and will tell you and will charge for only what is needed on your vehicle. I will highly recommend him for someone new in the area looking for mechanic.

I went here last week for a state inspection, and had my car inspected by Christian. After noting that I needed new (front) break pads, Christian was able to install them the same day (for a price comparable to the mechanic I usually go to) and even showed me my rear pads to note when I should look into having them changed! My mechanic recently moved, so Ill definitely be coming back!
