A small shop run by honest, skilled, personable mechanics at a reasonable price.My car had an extremely complex brake issue that required special diagnostic equipment, experienced technicians with relentless troubleshooting skills and most importantly, patience.After taking it to two dealers service departments and getting prohibitively high repair estimates, I was running out of options. I decided to try Auto Brake Masters - solely because of their specialty (as their name implies), reviews, and location.And Im glad that I did.The diagnostic/troubleshooting process was unavoidable and tedious to say the least due solely to the complexity of the system. A quick and easy approach would have been to price out the cost of replacement parts and labor to install and present me with the estimate - which would have been prohibitive. Fortunately that wasnt their approach. They quickly realized that instead of throwing parts at the problem, like many shops do, troubleshooting, repairs and a comprehensive diagnostic service would fix the issue.And it did. They had the special equipment, and the know-how to use it.The brake system in my car is as good as new, and I got out of there for a fraction of the cost of what two dealerships had quoted.Ill be returning to Auto Brake Masters for sure.They dont just do brakes BTW.

I have been a customer at auto brake masters for years. I have brought them lots of lemons and little budget to fix them. They have always worked with me. They have always been more than fair. I feel lucky to have found them. I couldnt recommend them enough.

Mike Miller is a genius, a mechanically inclined miracle worker and honest, honest, honest!!! I will never go anywhere else again!I live by the bay bridge (65miles away) and was told by a nationally known company, which I was a customer of for four years, who had done related work a month prior, that they didnt know what was wrong with my car but it would probably need a new axel and transmission, talking thousands of dollars. I started thinking I would have to scrap my Escape.After being without my car for a week, on the suggestion of a friend, I had her towed to Auto Brake Masters in Rockville. I told Mike my situation and what I had been told. After assessing, Mike said I needed neither. He did a flush, tune up and worked whatever magic he does but my car is running like new and shes a 2005! He saved me, literally, thousands of dollars. I cant thank him enough! This man is a genius! Great service, great talent and he has a great sense of humor. You seriously owe it to your vehicle to visit Auto Brake Masters in Rockville off Taft St!
